Camping Tamarit Beach Resort

What a lovely, clean campsite! Highly recommended! Beautiful pitches, right next to the beach with its own water tap. A bit more expensive, but very well-maintained! We paid 74 euros for 2 nights, 2 people, a small campervan, and electricity. The cleaning crew is present all day, and the sanitary facilities are spotlessly clean. Unfortunately, the pool was closed. Lots of squirrels and sparrows—great fun!

We were promised a good ACSI pitch. Upon arrival, reception said we could be assigned a different pitch if desired, as there were plenty of ACSI pitches available. We then paid for three nights. Parking proved difficult due to the many tall trees. There was no satellite reception. We returned to reception, where they suddenly proved unwilling to assign us another ACSI pitch. However, there was plenty of space around us. Advice: check first, then pay.

First of all: The campsite is open! We arrived on November 3rd, and no ACSI pitches were allocated, supposedly because late departures were possible. We had to take an expensive pitch for one night and were able to move to an ACSI pitch today, even though it was already free yesterday. Otherwise, everything is very good, but we don't like being ripped off!
