Camping Mar Menor

What a terrible campsite, what a racket, a plane takes off every 3 minutes, at 6 o'clock the planes are already turning around, really a shame, otherwise fine, the restaurant was also good and the swimming pool nice, sanitary facilities clean, it is easy to cycle to the neighboring village with a long boulevard. Booked for 2 nights. Stayed only one due to the many, many mosquitos. I got over 20 mosquito bites on my legs only. I didn’t sleep for a bit. The girl behind the desk said they were working on it and I honestly hope they get a grip on it. At some point I unalived over 15 mosquitos in 1 minute. It’s a decent camping, facilities are great and clean, it’s nice and quiet. Stars deducted for the mosquitos & slurry water they call the sea.

Great campsite. Of course, we could have tried to find a cheap spot among the other campers in the village. But here: Wonderfully quiet in the evenings and on weekends. Standard sanitary facilities. Friendly staff. We came here because of the very bad weather in the south. We stayed here for three weeks, and we loved it.
