Calahorra Riverside Aire

As of April 23, 2026, the parking lot is closed for construction. We have been informed that they will be improving the facilities.

a good place to overnight. electric was free without tokens which is very, very kind and generous. yes the place looks a bit desolate but it’s free!! we felt safe alongside. another couple of vans. we were there on a Saturday night though, and as it’s a large carpark we expected noise. in actual fact the car park filled UP from 5pm and they really did party. I think a neighbouring mh called the police at 12AM as they came and cleared them away.

A large car park with area for 4 motorhomes by an electric post. Instructions say a token is required, but no information on where to get one. Power seems to be free, but only 2 of 4 sockets were working. Very helpful Spaniard plugged my van into his socket. Only took maximum of 6 amps so no problems for 2 nights. Suspect other sockets tripped. Steep walk up to the town which has most shops. Cathedral at the bottom is beautiful inside.
