It's well worth the last stretch of road, which you can easily tackle in first gear, and then arrive at a beautiful spot with views of the surrounding mountains. An adventurous spot among the tangerine trees, peaceful and simple, with a wonderful shower. Cycling distance from the sea/Altea. Thanks, Melanie! xx

What a wonderful place. Nestled among the medlars, tangerines, oranges, and pomegranates. A view of the mountains in the middle of nowhere. The road there is a bit bumpy, but manageable (for California). A few days turned into a week. Melanie is a truly lovely hostess. In short, highly recommended!!

Super nice place with a very nice owner. You are really in nature, there is a lot to see and all kinds of things fly around here: hops, owls, you name it. It is not far to the beach and the town (Altea), but the road is unpaved for half. With a racing bike this is not ideal, but a bit of a walk is not bad. Sanitary facilities are simple and clean. We had a good time here!
