Campsite in Catadau

We are located in the mountains of Catadau, Valencia, on a plateau at an altitude of 200 meters. Surrounded by mountains, you can relax, work, or stroll in this peaceful setting, just a 10-minute drive (1.5-hour walk) from the nearest town and a 40-minute drive from the city of Valencia and the beach. To get here, we expect you to arrive by car or other vehicle; there is no public transport. We have a shower, a kitchen, and a composting toilet. From November to February, and on cloudy days, we cannot offer hot showers, but you can heat water in the kitchen, and we provide a camping shower with a pump. We ask that you be very careful with water and use as little as possible, as we use rainwater (this area experiences long dry seasons) and refill a tank. To reserve paella, please check availability beforehand. We make it ourselves, so reserve it in advance to enjoy this typical local dish. You can reserve before arrival. We can also prepare breakfast for you if you'd like to leave early or be more comfortable. We're located next to a mountain trail suitable for biking and hiking. Ideal if you're traveling with children. Being in the mountains, it's quiet, but occasionally our dogs and those of our neighbors bark at night. Activities include walks, hiking, and cycling. We can also arrange woodworking and art therapy workshops. Other information: We recommend bringing drinking water or a filter, as we have water available, but it's not potable.
