messy grounds, showers and toilets could not be locked, no toilet paper, discharge water at your own risk, large bump to drive on, busy road in front of the door, good hot water for washing dishes and nice washing machine. friendly owner and excellent WiFi. All in all a bit disappointing. Should be cleaned up a lot.
