Kölströmmen - Hall Ljusnan Ren

As described earlier. You must like peace and quiet. We have been on our own for 2 nights at this beautiful spot. You have to drive right around the toilet brush for the camper spot. Then you are also very nice and flat. North-east via the gravel road you have a nice walking route and you come to the river.

Overnight: July 14: Nice and quiet place. There are two neat dry toilets, a grill area and waste can be handed in separately. You are standing on the Ljusnan River, but the bank is so high here that you first have to take a steep walk down to get to the water. There are interesting information signs about the former timber transport across the river. Take a look at the river to see the stone caissons.

Great place if you want to escape from a campsite full of whining kids. Enjoy the peace that this place offers you. There is an outdoor BBQ with free firewood and the way down you arrive at a relaxing lake where you can fish for salmon with a permit. Don't go here if you like being among people and are looking for a chat, you won't find that here 😁
