There is indeed one clearly marked lane where you can park for a maximum of two hours. You are allowed to park in the rest of the large parking lot. We left around 11:30 PM, and there were cars driving in and out all the time, blasting loud music. There was another campervan there, and it left as well.

There's only one lane where you can't park for more than two hours, and it's clearly marked. Overnight parking is permitted in the large parking lot. Just make sure you have parking spaces! In the evening, you'll enjoy a beautiful sunset, hopefully as we did. We weren't bothered by loud music or the sound of cars speeding by. However, there were lots of cars coming and going during the day. There are no amenities other than a trash can.

Recently you are only allowed to park there for a maximum of 2 hours and overnight stays are no longer allowed. We didn't risk staying overnight anyway.
