Lapland Adventures

Last winter, on our way to the Arctic Circle, we were able to park in the driveway. A campsite wasn't an option due to snow, but what a helpful owner! Everything was arranged, so we had a wonderful night's sleep on the driveway, and it was ideal for the dogs, who could stretch their legs in the fenced area. Now we're on our way again for an overnight stay or two from Norway.

Great place. Peace and quiet, sled dogs, ponies, chickens. What wonderful hosts. Basti takes plenty of time to tell you everything there is to see and do. There's a huge run for your dog. And the highlight: Basti heated up the outdoor sauna for us. A dream, we'll definitely be back.

Quiet location, friendly owners. Electricity available with an extension cord provided by the owner. Various animals (chickens, ponies, and dogs—the dogs were audible).
