Håveruds Camping

A quiet campsite with beautiful pitches. We could choose whether we wanted to pitch on grass or pebbles. There was no through traffic due to the bridge barrier. Wonderful showers, though with a shower curtain and free hot water. Located by the locks, we were able to see how they operate, and there's a nice souvenir shop with interesting items and food options. We stayed here for one night, from Wednesday to Thursday, August 20th.

Nice spot near the Haverud locks. There's also a large grassy field with 40 pitches.

Great place! 6 toilets (separate for men and women), 4 showers, a washing machine, and a kitchen. Currently (see photo for the period) there's a host for assistance and payment, cash or card. We arrived (Sunday, July 13th) incredibly early, at 11:00 am. There were a few spots available, and a few more were leaving, but those spots filled up very quickly. We're going on the boat/train trip tomorrow, and we can stay until afterward, which is great. It's getting full anyway...
