Camping Panorama-Rossern

Absolutely unacceptable behavior. I made a reservation and canceled it after less than 10 minutes. I still had to pay the full amount. Even worse, my passport was retained until I paid – this is illegal and a massive breach of trust. The owner was very unfriendly and showed no leniency or understanding. This is not how you treat guests. I strongly advise against booking here.

Great campsite, warmly welcomed by a very friendly woman at reception. We hadn't booked, but luckily a spot was available. The campsite and its facilities are clean and well-maintained. There's even an outdoor kitchen with a refrigerator and induction hob. No coins are needed for showering or hot water. The atmosphere at the campsite was pleasant and pleasantly quiet in the evenings (around 10 pm it was completely silent). The view was magnificent.

We've never been so poorly received, with an aggressive owner and no sympathy. We left before even settling in. Run away...
