Camping Morteratsch

A dream location for nature lovers. Ideal for many hikes or bike tours in the beautiful Engadine. Very clean restrooms and a small supermarket with everything you need. A big thank you to the entire Morteratsch team❤️

We stayed here for 4 nights and enjoyed the nature and the mountains and the walking. Forty years ago we camped here with the children in a tent and now with a VW bus. The terrain still looks natural. The sanitary facilities are modern and well maintained.

Gets good reviews but unfortunately not from us, when we were there at the end of August the campsite was crammed full in all kinds of non-existent places, a mess, 2 washing facilities, 1 dump, electricity cabinets a tangle of wiring and plugs meters long cables everywhere on the ground. You don't want to think about a calamity happening here, because then you are the Sjaak
