Camping de Moratel

Beautiful location on the lake. Simple, but with all amenities available. The entire northern side of the lake is accessible from Cully station (about 1 km away).

The campsite is beautifully situated on the lake, with a stunning view. The great thing is that it's not yet very touristy, or even seems that way. The atmosphere is good, which is important to us. Sanitary facilities are basic. The manager is very attentive and helpful. If you walk past the harbor on the left from the entrance, you'll come across charming coves. We had the cove to ourselves—on a Friday at the end of August.

A lovely little campsite with a very helpful manager. If you're comfortable parallel parking with a 7.5-meter campervan, there are some great spots along the marina. We were here on August 1st (a national holiday), and there was music in the village, and in the evening, spectacular fireworks on the water right in front of the campsite.
