Camping Santa Monica

Great campsite with a beautiful view, and the sanitary facilities are nice, spacious, and clean. We stayed here for four nights with our campervan. We rented a car for two days from Europcar in Visp to drive through some mountain passes, which was easy to do. Cycling is a challenge, at least. Don't cycle along the main road, as it's dangerous. There's a cycle path along this road, but it's not very clear everywhere. You can find it via Google Maps.

Nice campsite with a nice swimming pool, restaurant and new sanitary facilities. The price is also very reasonable for Swiss standards. Recommended: take the cable car to Unterbäch and then a beautiful walk to the suspension bridge and to Eischoll (40 min. Follow the yellow signs) Then from Eischoll take the cable car back to Raron. Tickets are valid for both cable cars.
