The Beachy Head

As you drive up from Eastbourne, the stunning view will leave you speechless. And you can even stay overnight there! Take the second car park down; it belongs to the Beachy Head pub. You are allowed to park here if you are having something to eat. Great deal, delicious food, and very hospitable people. From the car park, you can walk along the cliffs to the two lighthouses or even further – the Seven Sisters. Breathtakingly beautiful!

Beautiful spot, we had a lovely dinner one evening and slept here for 2 nights; indeed, sometimes there was some noise from motorcycles. but that wasn't a problem for us.

Best place ever, what a view over the meadows and coast! We had dinner there, and it was excellent. An overnight stay in the large parking lot below was permitted in September. So, we continued past the first parking lot and pulled in at the restaurant. Beautiful walks/cycles (e-bike) to two lighthouses and the Seven Sisters. You'll hear some motorcycles testing the winding road in the evening, but it's manageable. Don't miss this place if you're traveling in southern England!
