Parking space at a kind of community center with a very friendly and hospitable manager. she will be there from 7 p.m. Ask permission and you will be welcomed with open arms. You can go to the toilet and fill your water bottle. There is live music on Thursdays. We bought a ticket, listened to country & western and played bingo. We had a lot of fun with the other (older) visitors and finally signed up for a lifetime membership.

definitely 5 stars. Should immediately put the camper on the grass upon arrival. We hadn't eaten yet and they immediately indicated where we could eat and wanted to order takeout for us. Ordered drinks inside and were immediately invited to join them. Had a very pleasant evening.
Information
Hesleden Club car park - free to stay but would like visitors to come and have a drink - just off the Hart to Haswell footbridge, a national cycle route and fantastic for walking, cycling and horse riding - a few miles from the coast with the beaches within walking distance - open:Thu Fri Sat Sun - center 300 mtr
