very nice people. we paid 25 pounds for 1 night, all included, which is reasonable in this area. The sanitary facilities are … present. but you shouldn't be demanding. It is a beautiful e-bike (!) cycling and walking environment.

Friendly couple, stayed for 2 nights, good access for the Roaches or for a walk into Leek, plenty of pubs to try.
