Lynmouth Holiday Retreat

Beautiful views, a neat campsite with all the trimmings for a reasonable price. The website said it was full, but we found a great spot. Great walks to Lynmouth or Lynton, and the cable car from Lynmouth to Lynton saves you a lot of elevation gain. Don't be fooled by the hiking trail; it says 1.5 miles, but it's a very steep hour down/up. Charming villages worth visiting. Spare change for a washing machine. Don't park near the front in strong winds, as it can get spooky!

Beautiful campsite and that for that price; 28.50 £ per night. Very un-English low! Everything was very clean, many facilities for hikers such as cooking facilities, charging points power banks, dishwashers etc. And a beautiful view.

Great, well-maintained campsite with large pitches. Friendly staff. Large, fenced-in dog run. Very clean sanitary facilities, clear waste separation. Very quiet location. A visit to Lynton is highly recommended, including the Cliff Railway ride.
