Richmond Racecourse Grandstand - East Entrance Car Park

Fine place to stay overnight; it seems like it isn't an official spot but is tolerated. The short walk to the grandstand (the oldest in the world!) is nice to do.

We were here at the beginning of July. It's a small gravel lot on the town's former race track. Now a dog walking area. So it's a bit busy during the day. But very quiet at night despite the side road. No restrictions on overnight stays.
