Parking Clayhithe Road

Quiet rural parking lot close to Cambridge. We spent two nights here and if you have bikes with you it is right to the river Cam and then 8 km lovely cycling along the river Cam to the center of Cambridge. There is enthusiastic rowing on the river by the students of the 30 colleges. The bus station is 600 m walk left from the camper place, but it runs very early.

ideal for an overnight stay when you are traveling. Quite a few holes, but once you are there it is a quiet spot. And despite being located along a road, it was dead quiet at night.

Nice little parking lot between the fields, near a side road. Quiet at night. About 600 m to the town with bus connection to Cambridge.
