This mid-July, it's very quiet during the day. From 9 p.m. onward, the surrounding road was full, too. From here, you can reach the starting point of the trail to the Glenfinnan Viaduct in about 45 minutes. The small bridge over the river has been repaired.

wonderfully quiet, but lots of midges. no facilities, but a river along the camper place.

We were here in February 2024 and it was really very quiet in that respect, a great camper spot, but yes, there are of course no facilities there at all, but otherwise great to do, easy to find and incredibly quiet
