32 acre property with two homes occupied by tenants and a small 6 stall barn. There are acres of pastures as well as a creek and trees. We are located across the street from Lucas Oil Raceway, the home of the NHRA Grand Nationals. We have year-round parking and camping and we are located less than 10 miles from Indianapolis International Airport. Formerly, a large horse farm with several barns and an arena. We have removed all except one small barn and two homes, one of which is far back and unlikely to be seen. Now it is wide open pastures with some wooded/ shaded ares where the original home and barns once existed. The activities You are welcome to walk the property, but please do not walk near or disturb the tenants in either home, or the barn and its four-legged occupants. There is a creek and some hills as well. All available to be enjoyed. Other things Booking is allowed in advance for any event!
