Great private and quiet East Texas. Perfect for a stayover on a long road trip via I-20 or just to visit one of the many nearby lakes. We live in the East Texas piney woods, just outside of city limits. It’s a quiet neighborhood with large lots. Very easy access from I-20, all paved roads, takes only a few minutes to get into town. This is a simple, easy place to be where you won’t be disturbed, enjoy the peace! Other things You must take your own trash with you and leave property as it was or better. All pets must be leashed and must not bark or make noise in the night.
