Beautifully situated campsite with fantastic views. There is indeed a difference in elevation, but it is manageable if you don't have mobility issues. Very nice and large playground (multiple). The swimming pool is nice and clean. Small shop with bread and other essentials. Beautiful walking and cycling in the surrounding area (note: many steep sections with a lot of climbing, for example towards Carcassonne). The showers are not very pleasant, although they are hot. Strong water pressure and they turn off quickly.

Nice, beautiful campsite. Quietly situated. Very large pitches. We were initially offered a pitch near the sanitary facilities, but it was no problem to stay at the edge of the campsite instead. We had an unobstructed view of the sheep. Our son loved it. We went to Oradour by electric bike. It was a beautiful route of about 20 km to get there. The real downside is the toilet paper, and some of the toilet locks don't work very well anymore.

Nice campsite with a fantastic location on the Loire. Gien is within walking distance. A few nice restaurants and the castle/church are beautiful to visit. There was also plenty to do for our 2.5-year-old son. Playground, trampoline, and a simple but nice swimming pool. The sanitary facilities are really French, though. Outdated, simple, and the light goes out after 2 seconds if you sit on the toilet :) (toilet paper is provided, though).

Nice campsite, beautiful and clean sanitary facilities. Very nice playground for small and older children. And a lovely location by a small river. Good swimming pool included, but it was very crowded on the weekend (public pool) and there was hardly any shade. The camping pitches themselves are small and none of them really offer any privacy; everything is very close together. Because of that, between 3 and 3.5 stars for us.

Nice, quiet, small-scale campsite. The sanitary facilities aren't the newest, but they are super clean! Good location in the beautiful Limburg countryside; Maastricht and Valkenburg are easily accessible by bike (an e-bike or road bike is recommended due to the hills). Nice playground for the children and a good restaurant (better menu than you would expect at a campsite). Friendly staff. The pitches are not level, so wheel blocks are definitely needed.
