Large area, many places right by the sea, but only very few electricity connections, nice owner.

Very nicely located, approach over 7 km of gravel road, terrain very (!) Uneven, nice for Unimogs / SUVs etc., borderline for normal mobile homes. Very few power connections for the size of the site. Very nice view of the mountains.
