The location is very good but not maintained between guests. Why require check-out at 11 am and check-in at 3 pm if nothing is checked? The 10A electrical outlet has a problem with the current flow when all guests are present. At reception, the staff are charming but poorly supervised: constantly contradictory information. The bathrooms and showers are spotless if you only look at the floor. The proximity to the capital is undeniable. The local market is worth a visit.

A pleasant campsite with a rich and beautiful setting. Mer-les-Bains is a must-see. The two young people there work hard to provide entertainment and make sure everyone has a good time. (It's about time the campsite invested in a screen for presentations). Beautiful new mobile homes have replaced the old ones. The campervan pitches are well separated. Toilets without toilet seats (in 2026 😤) Showers are perfectly adequate.

We spent a week there in July. Nestled among the dunes behind the beach, the pitches are very basic, the toilets have no seats, and the showers are barely adequate. It's very windy (due to its proximity to the sea), to the point of being almost unbearable. We're only giving it 3 stars because of the location and the warm, professional welcome.

A wonderful week at this magnificent campsite. The Chatelain setting is truly captivating. The only inhabitants are hens and their chicks, who wander from pitch to pitch. The facilities are impeccable and very well maintained. One minor drawback is the 5G signal (a cell tower needs to be requested). The welcome was very friendly – thank you Julien for his advice, recommendations, and great availability. There's a very good bakery just 7 minutes from the campsite.

Everything is perfectly organized for a wonderful stay. The reception is located in the shop where you can buy local artisanal and food products. It's a feast for the eyes, and you can't help but think: I think it would be unthinkable to do better. The pitches are tailored to the needs of the "tenants," and the neighbors are at a safe distance. No matter where you are, toilets, a sink, a dishwashing sink, drinking water, and a black water disposal point are all nearby. Well done and thank you!

The municipal campsite is expertly managed. A professional welcome from a dynamic team, always available to answer our questions. Pitches with or without electricity. We are assigned according to the size of our vehicle. Spotless toilets, showers, and WC. A well-stocked convenience store. Magnificent natural surroundings. A free bus to town is a 7-minute walk away.
