Do not go here: Aug 5, 2026. The website states: Prices available soon(!). Asked for a price list 3 times but didn't receive one. The website states 16 amps for electricity, but the bill says 4 amps. At 10:30 AM at reception, they said you were too early and you have to pay extra for electricity. They didn't explain how the shower transponder works; it didn't work twice but I still had to pay. Emptying the toilet costs €2 per time. Conclusion: Very unpleasant reception and no explanation anywhere. Sanitary facilities were neat.

Booked 2 nights on July 3rd and 4th. Booked via the site campcation.com and €95.32 (€47.33 per day) was debited via credit card. It was easy to get in with a code. An acceptable amount for a city. Waste disposal, toilet emptying, and water all went fine. In short, satisfied.

Looks nothing like a camper site, more like a construction site. Drove on quickly.

A quiet campsite, about 3 km from De Koog. The pitches are spacious to very spacious. Shower, kitchen and toilet very clean. Furthermore green surroundings, flower bulbs, near junction and National Park Dunes of Texel. Not 5 stars because of the noise of cars during the day, "no noise at night. After booking you will receive an email with your pitch number. So you do not have to go to the reception first.

It is no longer allowed to spend the night here. This morning I had a conversation with the gendarmerie and the municipality of Calpe has decided that spending the night at all tolerated places and parking spaces in Calpe is prohibited and that regular enforcement is carried out. Parking is still allowed during the day.

At this campsite it is possible to empty your chemical toilet in a machine for € 3 and have it cleaned. I especially liked the cleaning but don't do it, afterwards the cassette is still just as dirty under the rubber ring as usual. I have also added a photo of the device.
