Welcoming manager who is also a camper himself. Quiet and safe surroundings, spacious pitches, electricity available at an extra cost. The Weser is about 5 km away, Nienburg is 13 km away. Farm shop ('Hofladen'), with a small room for when the weather is bad. Also bookable via Landvergnügen. Especially suitable if you are self-sufficient.

Three neat but rather narrow pitches with a view of the Winschoterdiep. Upon arrival, turn left and drive past the community center, then go around the building at the end. Maximum 2 x 24 hours.

Simply a good and safe camper site with reasonably spacious pitches. Pay ten euros at the ticket machine, and you'll receive a printed QR code that opens the barrier. Choose your spot, electricity is included, and you can park for 24 hours. There's a fair amount of turnover. Always make sure to lock your bikes securely. The sports fields do create some commotion, but it's not disruptive.

The six pitches are indeed not very wide, but sufficient. Greywater and cassette toilet disposal are free, fresh water collection costs €2, and cassette flushing costs €0.50. Electricity (€5 / 24 hours) can be paid for by credit card; please don't remove the card too quickly. We couldn't use a debit card. Waste separation is good. The Via Verde to Olot (8 km) can be picked up right across the street. Olot is definitely worth a visit.

For just ten euros (€12.50 including electricity), this is a great location with helpful managers. The grounds feel safe. The Dali Museum in Figueres is a 4.5 km bike ride away. Dali's birthplace is also well worth a visit. For those who run out of gas and don't have a Spanish bottle, Karel and Sem have handy solutions.

A rare and excellent campervan site. Spacious pitches in a quiet area, although campervans taller than about 2.80 meters may require some maneuvering to get under the trees. Six pitches plus four on the long side. The Via Verde cycle route starts nearby, both towards St. Feliu and Olot. Free greywater disposal, toilet disposal, and fresh water collection. Free tokens at the swimming pool. Police patrol the area frequently.

A very good campervan site with spacious pitches, off the road, and free amenities (closed in winter). A good bakery about 100 meters away. Quiet at night, though dark. The church bells don't ring until 7:00 a.m., and you'll just have to put up with the crowing roosters. For those passing through, it's quite a distance from the toll road, but you can bypass it via the D 2144 and pick it up in Clermont-Ferrand.

The pitches are spacious, and the location on the Seine, just a 6 km bike ride from the Eiffel Tower, is perfect. The reception area has been expanded, and there's now a shop with a reasonably high-end selection and a bar with comfortable seating, both indoors and outdoors. If you book through Huttopia, electricity is included. We paid €35 per night.

Great spot, free, with many good amenities, also free. In practice, four short campers will fit. Also, occasionally, vehicles from the municipal depot pass by at night. Not a nuisance, but something to be aware of.

Beautiful camper site with pitches separated by hedges of wildflowers. Facilities for clean and grey water, and a cassette toilet. You'll need to provide your own toilet and shower facilities. Very reasonably priced, all in a relaxed atmosphere. Friendly manager.

A unique spot so close to an airport. There are no amenities other than a trash can. The parking spaces are wide and completely free. Easy cycling to the Koksijde boulevard (about 3 km away), the beautiful town of Veurne, where you can pick up the West Coast Route, and to De Panne, among other places. While we were there, a parade of beautiful vintage cars passed by.

A somewhat dated campsite with a few waterfront pitches. Emailing or calling to make a reservation is pointless. The otherwise friendly manager's advice is to just show up and hope there's a spot. Even in mid-September, it was still almost fully booked, despite the (in my opinion) steep rate, considering what was offered. There are good cycling opportunities in the area, and Schwerin is a particularly fascinating city.

A great spot if you can handle the noise of the adjacent highway. The five spaces are reasonably wide, and you can enter at an angle. Campers up to about 7.5 meters long, including any bike racks, should fit. Power is free, with four hookups. It's a shame the instructions on the "Stellplatz" sign are only in Czech.

Three free spots, yes, but at just 5 meters, they're far too short and also far too close together. It feels too much like a mandatory parking requirement. If your campervan is longer, it's obvious to use the car park, as there's plenty of space. We didn't see any enforcement officers. The adjacent road is audible. There are no facilities.

Two pitches with a hospitable owner, who also drives a campervan. About a 6 km bike ride from the beautiful and very touristy city of Bruges. You can also reach the campsite by train, just one stop. When approaching, please stick strictly to the designated route (Rivièrestraat first, etc.), otherwise you might encounter a 2.45-meter-high viaduct. Reasonably priced, electricity + €2.50.

A convenient system with advance reservations and site selection, including pre-payment, and clear rules. Sites 19 through 25, with a canal view, are, in our opinion, the most beautiful. The site itself offers a wealth of information about the surrounding area. We found the Industrial Museum, which is also part of the MJK, very worthwhile.

It's a nice spot to park your camper during the day, but what about spending the night in this noisy place? Greywater and cassette toilet disposal are free, and clean water is available via token, which can be purchased at the machine next door. There was a constant, faint sewer smell when we were there, presumably from the greywater tank. Larger and taller campers will have trouble fitting between the trees.

Not a bad place for those who don't mind traffic noise. The four parking spaces are large, so large that vans occasionally park briefly in front of or behind you. Aldi is 300 meters away. The Playing Card Museum and the Beguinage are worth a visit.

Quietly located camper site with six spacious pitches. Well-lit at night, the site doesn't feel deserted. Maps directs you to turn right on Polderstraat, which is on the left towards the P for De Brouwerij.

Child-friendly campsite. Now that cars have to be parked outside, it feels more spacious. Modern sanitary facilities that are kept spotlessly clean. The lake and adjacent BMX track are fun for children. The N34 can be a nuisance. Friendly and helpful managers. Good cycling opportunities in the area.

Great place with spacious pitches, not divided, a fifteen minute walk from a really interesting and pleasant town. Opposite is a large Kaufland. There are two toilets, no showers. Electricity € 1 per 6 hours, max 1,000 Watt / 4.5 Ah. For € 1 you have 10 minutes of clean water. Rate € 10, cash in an envelope or via PayPal. Cycling south along the Neisse/Nysa, on the Czech side there is a nice cycle path.

Quietly situated campsite on a lake with fishing piers. The flat pitches are on the water, there is also electricity and a water tap. The sanitary facilities are complete, but dated. The friendly manager speaks German. Preferably approach from the south (Siemczyno), the northern access road is very bad. For a camper with 2 people we paid all-in € 20 / PLN 80.

Upon arrival, P4 was full, so we went to P2. You can park at P2 for €6 all day, paid from 10am to 6pm. You can also leave the camper overnight, but you can't (officially) spend the night in it. That's only allowed at P4. P2 is now strictly enforced, as long as it lasts, so you run the risk of being sent away and/or fined. Opposite is cp Media, where you can also spend the night.

Just been there, camping site reopened yesterday, May 1st, and closes September 30th. There was no one, the hospitable manager was there. Only speaks Swedish. There are toilets and a shower, emptying cassette toilet and discharging grey water is possible. The kitchen may also be used. The places have electricity. Beautiful location with a view of the lake. Next to it is a beach with swimming jetties. Pricing not very clear.

Nice camper place with excellent sanitary facilities, on the Main, it attracts an active public of cyclists and canoeists. The places are not very big but it is sufficient. Hassfurt is a nice place, Greek restaurant Korfu a few km's further.

For one night fine, you are safe there, no further facilities, a Lidl 2 km away. Quite a few trains pass by, audible but not really annoying.

From Porte Levante, drive another 3 km and you will arrive at a beautiful location. Without facilities, but if you are self-sufficient you will get a very nice view, including flamingos. An Eldorado for ornithologists. People don't spoil it by standing there with large containers and leaving rubbish behind. Good cycling opportunities along the dikes.

Cassette toilet and dirty water discharge is good and free here, although the flush tap only gives a small jet. To take in clean water you have to be very patient, filling takes at least 20 minutes.

Great campsite for its price (ACSI since 28/3. Helpful reception, when we still wanted another spot, no problem. The road to the camper pitches goes right past the regular guests. At the end you can look straight into the Adriatic Sea. Quite spacious pitches, somewhat sandy, with sufficient CEE power points. Emptying the cassette toilet behind the toilet building, grey water and rubbish on the other side by the boats. A lot of formalities upon arrival.

On April 4, 2025 the campsite was closed, but there are places without facilities where you can stand for € 13. That money is collected in the evening. Nice sunny spot where several campers were.

Beautiful location at 1,700 metres altitude. You can stand wherever you want, as long as you register at the cash desk. Quite a procedure, the nice cashier is helpful if required. You are in a fantastic position. A day pass for skiers costs €70, for hikers €54, catering is screamingly expensive, not fun anymore. The road to it is a dead end, so 35 km there and back. Watch out for the speed cameras.

On April 4, 2025, there was nothing here for campers, except that you can stand there at night for a fee. The sanitary facilities are only there in the summer Remarkably, there was still a ski descent here on April 5, the ski rental was also still open and the Reschensee was largely frozen.

When we were there on April 5, 2025, every reference was taped off, but clean water, electricity and toilet drainage worked fine and the barrier was up. We were with 3 campers at this excellent location. No one saw who collected money, the 'area camper' box at the barrier was open. Beautiful view.

The new rate is now €2 per hour, also at night. This makes an overnight stay on this site, without any facilities, an expensive affair. I would only use it in emergencies.

Neat and quiet camper place, looks fresh. Payment is also possible with Parkster, currently € 12. Discharge of grey water and cassette toilet free, clean water € 0.50 for approximately 40 litres. Dark at night. Further on 6 more places. Approximately 6 km to Lake Constance

Nice and quiet camper place with six reasonably spacious places. Empty grey water and cassette toilet free, 6 hours of electricity for € 1 and 80 liters of water also € 1. Nice village within walking distance, Edeka a bit further away. At 7 km distance a Berger with repair facilities.

Surprisingly good camper place, for € 11 you have many facilities. OK, some places are quite narrow and taking clean water is slow, but electricity is included. And the location is certainly beautiful, cycling further south along the Maas pretty much stops here. Large Lidl 2 km away.

A CCP location, spacious pitches and especially suitable if you have your own toilet and shower. Lines between the sections are blurred Fairly quiet location for city standards. The cycle path along the Maas is on the other side. Reasonable rate, € 12.44 per 24 hours. Cp was about half full.

In itself nice places, with a view of the Maas and on grassy ground. However, buses regularly driving past behind and factory noise from further away are disturbing. Until Easter you can park for free, but there are also no shower and toilet facilities in the harbour office. From Easter until about 1 November (All Souls' Day) you pay € 6.10. We found the village quite nice. Directly on the cycle path along the Maas.

Nice place with, on the first row, a view of the Maas, where by the way there is not much to see. Right behind the second row there is quite a lot of traffic. The cycle path along the Maas is quite difficult to pick up from here.

If you are self-sufficient a good place, with a nice view, no facilities. Apparently there is work going on, the ground has been turned over in a number of places. If it has rained that can cause problems.

6 Quietly situated free pitches with sanitary facilities, grey water and toilet cassette emptying free, clean water via credit card. The pitches, three times two by two, are close together. Beautiful view. Moderate mobile reception. At the beginning of the access road there is a sign 'prohibited > 3.5 tons'.

Great location, especially if you are passing through. With four campers you are very close together, three seems to be the maximum. But: the parking lot in front is mainly used for short periods by joggers, dog walkers etc., that could be a good alternative. Given the more or less permanently placed campers, there is apparently hardly any enforcement, despite the maximum 72 hours. Beautiful and quiet place.

Quite a good spot, but with 3 or 4 places it fills up quickly. The back spot, on grass, is unusable when it rains. The waste disposal facilities are fine and free. There is 1 CEE socket to which 3 cables were connected in a splitter. Apparently from campers that have been there longer. Otherwise quiet and not far from the main routes

We were there for a few hours during the day to visit the city center. Indeed, a fifteen minute walk and you are in the beautiful historic center. Spacious places in a safe environment. Exiting via the barrier was a bit complicated, the payment machine is not really clear, is there license plate recognition or not? The security opened the barrier remotely.

Great free place to stay overnight, if you are self-sufficient. Quiet and lighted place not far from the A-62, about 1 km. The places are basically demarcated. The village is not much, despite a good initiative of this municipality.

Certainly a hospitable welcome. You are there in a relaxed atmosphere. Electricity is available if desired, costs € 3. Very simple shower and toilet, it has something, in the early and late season in our opinion less suitable. At night you get dogs barking and early morning roosters crowing in the bargain. But hey, after all, you stand for little. You can cycle in the area, both on their site and on Komoot there are routes.

Excellent location, provided you have your own sanitary facilities. Illuminated, good emptying and unloading facilities. Very good WiFi. Quiet and safe location, friendly atmosphere, the terrain is fenced, you will receive a PIN code for the sliding gate once you have paid (€ 7.80 for 24 hours). Bus to Porto (Sao Bento) stops right in front of the door, cycling to Centro Historico approx. 16 km.

Handy place to empty cassette toilet and dirty water. You can also take in clean water. The cashier at the (cheap!) gas station has keys to open both taps. Good and free service from Intermarché.

We were here on 7 and 8 December, 2 nights, with 8 campers. Plenty of space, no barriers, it felt safe, although windy. Beautiful view at night. With the fast ferry you are in Cais do Sodre in 20 minutes, for about € 6 p.p. return, bicycle is free, although cycling in Lisbon is not recommended. With the red Hop-on/Hop-off bus of e.g. CitySightseeing you see more of the city. The green route through the old city is an experience in itself.

It felt safe here, unlike the aqueduct. Also in December it was full, people were standing close together and also on the part where it was officially not allowed. Traffic noise was not too bad, but annoying barking dogs of types who were standing there for a long time. Close to the city. Good V&E. All that for € 0.

A large area that still has traces of a former camper site. Everything is mixed up, it all sorts itself out. There is nothing, it is quiet. You have to be self-sufficient. No shade, it could be quite warm in the summer.

Great campsite for the money. Yes, a bit dated, but everything is there, works and the reception is very friendly. Choice of places with or without electricity. Plenty of space, we were there for two days, without electricity, for about € 29. WiFi only around the entrance.

The new camper place is not yet open at the beginning of December 2024. It already looks very good and they are busy. Already a point for improvement: the chemical toilet dump has a much too fine-meshed filter.....

Rarely good camper place, no negative points to think of. If you are self-sufficient, you stand for € 7. If you are not, there is a shower, toilet and electricity for a reasonable additional fee. Beautiful location so high. Friendly and helpful reception. The main language is Dutch. Indeed a place to keep to yourself, before it gets too cozy. Cycling to Monte Gordo, among others, where many Dutch winterers also stay.

Very nice location, at a harbour, we were right at the back. Rate: € 20 in low season, always incl electricity, water and shower. Longer than 8 meters € 5 more and for a trailer + € 6. High season € 30 / € 35 / € 43. Clear right? Mediocre WiFi. Nice lady at the reception who likes to explain everything. Cycle path to Sevilla starts right behind the camper place, about 8 km and you are already in the center with e.g. cathedral and palace.

Nice camper place but nothing special. Within cycling distance of Cordoba, 8 km. Or by bus. Basic facilities are available, including 1 small toilet, no shower. Good WiFi, at least at the entrance. Due to threatening rainfall, all campers had to be parked on grit. Turned out to be a false alarm. Many barking dogs in the area.

Good camper place if you are passing through. Lots of traffic, also in the early morning and at the weekend. Noise from the olive oil factory behind is constantly audible. Good V&E. Lidl and cheap petrol station next to each other, 300 metres away. Watch out for pigeon droppings under some trees. There were also many flies in November.

Near a nice village. Almost all places are crooked in one way or another, but spacious. Good loading and unloading facilities, no electricity. In the weekend the local youth is audibly and visibly present.

Very good camper place just outside the village, recently constructed. Clearly demarcated spacious places on stone. Clean water, electricity, discharge, all free. At night almost excessively lit. It can be windy there. Electricity with a regular plug. Press the green button and you get power for about 15 minutes the first time. Every time after that, every time you press the green button, about an hour again. The village is quite quiet.

Beautiful and quiet terrain in a wooded area where you can find your own spot. The power points are quite concentrated, so that in some places you have no power, or you need a very long cable. On the outer edge there are two overflow areas, solid enough if there are 90 campers in high season. Cycling to Biarritz, about 23 km via Bayonne, is easy to do.

Not a bad place, but on a very busy road. Only suitable if you have your own sanitary facilities, as is usually the case at CamperCarPark. Mediocre WiFi, electricity is included. Very reasonable rate. You can cycle well to Pointe Cap Ferret, for example.

A busy and especially full camper place within walking distance of the old city. Next to a very noisy traffic square. Directly opposite is a large, illuminated and safe parking lot where you can park for free for the first 24 hours, the next day a few euros.

Indeed a location of France Passion. Good place for those who are self-sufficient. No facilities, except for a few toilets. But it is completely free and you are very quiet.

If you are in transit, probably a good place. Power, possibility to discharge dirty water etc. Good service from VanoMobil. Long places. But that traffic noise! For those who accept that, a good place.

Again cars on the camper place, but also the other way around. The camper places are not really conveniently arranged: two next to each other lengthwise hardly fits, longer than 6 meters does not fit, then just crosswise? Hence the diversion to the P for cars, which is apparently tolerated. Good base for bike rides and you are there quietly.

Very tight spots, barely a meter between them. If you don't mind that, not a bad spot. Often full even outside the season. Strategically located in relation to cycle routes along Zuid Willemsvaart and Maas

A great place, when we were there from October 1 to 2, not all places were occupied. Everything else has already been said in previous reviews.

First time using a CCP camper place. An excellent concept if you have your own toilet and shower. Wide demarcated places, good waste disposal facilities, electricity is included, good WiFi but limited. Very good app. From this camper place you can easily cycle towards Vireux and Givet, right along the Maas. We found the road between the camper place and the Maas a bit annoying.

Demarcated places with a view of the river. Good WiFi, enter the code in small letters. The rate is now exactly €10, the lady has no 'monnaie' (small change). Longer than 7 meters seems almost impossible, unless your bike rack fits above the beam. Not really a suitable environment for cycling. Museum 14-18 in Romagne is very worthwhile.

Quiet but otherwise sober camper place in a surprisingly lively village. Right on the cycle route along the Moselle to Thionville. Didn't hear a single train, some passing traffic. Camper place without facilities. The maximum length is about seven metres.

Great location, near where the Lahn flows into the Rhine and not far from Koblenz. Spacious pitches, self-regulating. Reasonable sanitary facilities, cash payment via machine seems rather old-fashioned, even though there is a change machine. Cycling to Bad Ems and Nassau along the Lahn is an experience in itself. Ditto Deutsche Eck in Koblenz, despite all the roadworks.

Camper place is closer to the Mosel than you would expect. The new manager is doing his utmost to eliminate the negative image of his predecessor. Very hospitable and relaxed. You are much more spacious and quieter than at many nearby camper places. Cycling along the Mosel in both directions. The less than 3 stars is a legacy from the past, in our opinion now certainly worth 4 stars.

Good location with a view of the Mosel, quiet location. Take in clean water and discharge grey water and cassette toilet a bit further. Good for cycling to Cochem, among others, due to high water parts of cycle paths were now closed.

Very well maintained camper place with 3 paved places 3 km from Coesfeld. Very hospitable and helpful reception. In good weather a nice seat, on a stream with sandy bottom. Good WiFi. In the area you can make varied bike rides. If desired electricity and water on the place, emptying the cassette toilet is possible. No shower and toilet.

Quiet location with spacious, demarcated pitches. Hospitable reception. The weir can be heard in the background. The adjacent restaurant is being renovated and is owned by the same owners as the camper site. Difficult to find if you use Google Maps, partly because the Emsbrücke in the L40 is out of service. There is one rate of € 15, including electricity, water, shower, waste water and toilet discharge.

Een prima camperplaats met ruime plekken en zonder strikte vertrektijden (bij drukte in overleg). Heel relaxed allemaal en toch goed en doordacht georganiseerd. Goed en ruim voldoende sanitair, douche tegen betaling, er hangt een wisselautomaat. Meerdere geplastificeerde fietsroutes kunnen worden geleend.

A good and actually free place, provided it is not overcrowded. Electricity is free, there is information, there is a bookcase, a contribution is appreciated. No sanitary facilities. Hospitable. Well, the windmill, which is nearby and is continuously audible, that bothers some and not others. Good cycling possibilities, also directly from the camper place.

Spacious, unmarked pitches, most with a view of the dike. Campers are alternately positioned lengthwise or widthwise. Quiet yet pleasant bustle, partly due to the car park at the back. Ferry to the other side of the Elbe, formerly GDR area, further on possibility to take the ferry back. V&E, no toilet or shower. Daily check on payment.

9 Officially marked places and 12 power connections. It fills up quickly, in consultation there are probably 2 or 3 more places to mess around. The view is certainly beautiful. Cycling along the Elbe is possible in both directions, we found the one to Tespe the most beautiful. The payment system worked fine, don't take out your bank card too quickly.

Well and yet relaxed organized camper place that has only been open for 3 weeks. Nevertheless full both days, also on the landing, Places on gravel, with a narrow piece of grass. Quiet and safe location, in the distance you can hear the A1. Shower (€ 1), toilet (€ 0.50) and electricity (€ 0.50 per Kwh) to be paid separately. Friendly and helpful managers. Strikingly many passers-by who stay 1 night. Cash payment via envelope. Bicycles on former railway track.

Hospitable, helpful and friendly owners. We were on a well-maintained piece of grassland, an extra tent for the camper was not charged separately. You may use the fire pits with kindling material and wood. There is play equipment for children, both indoors and outdoors, sanitary facilities and washing up facilities. The rate DKK 140 / € 20, plus possibly € 3 per shower, is in my opinion quite reasonable. Cycling to Legoland approximately 12 km.

Even in the high season we could still choose from several places for visitors, which makes sense given the very high rate. Sites 241 etc. are located next to a number of permanent sites, which will not bother you during the week. Helpful reception, quite friendly atmosphere. The rate for the swimming pool (DKK 15 / € 2) p.p. must be paid separately. Turn off at house number 65-67, high campers may suffer from overhanging branches.

A great and very quiet place if you are self-sufficient. Next to the Radler Scheune, which is located right on the Weserradweg. There is room for approximately four campers, and some local traffic passes by occasionally. The address is Neue Schulstrasse in 31629 Estorf, from Bundesstrasse 215 turn at the sign 'Scheunenviertel'.

Demarcated pitches, some of which have a view of the Weser. Just past the Rewé you can take the cycle path towards Nienburg. In mid-June there are Schuttersfeesten, often with loud music. Further from the bridge you hardly hear the traffic. Clean water was not working when we were there. Flush the cassette toilet with your own (grey) water. During the winter months you stay for free

A great place for those who are self-sufficient, except for a trash can there are no facilities and little traffic. The municipality offers inviting, free and legal places on a spacious site, partly grass, and has no problem if you put your chairs outside. Right on the Elberadweg. We stood under the post with a stork's nest. The castle is currently being renovated, which causes some noise pollution.

Attention passers-by: only discharging gray water and/or emptying a cassette toilet costs €3! If you also stay overnight, this is included in the overnight rate of € 10. The not very customer-friendly manager/owner strictly monitors this, after all, his investment must yield a return. Water €1 for 80 litres. Otherwise not a bad, somewhat boring looking camper place with spacious pitches, that's for sure.

A total of eight spaces, if everyone parks lengthwise. Quiet place in an otherwise rather dull village. Beautiful view and good facilities for H&E. Camping activities are not desired, so no barbecue or outdoor kitchen, but there is a bench. The village even has a Lidl. Free, an excellent place for those who are self-sufficient. On the route to Berlin.

Great location, close to beautiful cycling routes along the Ems. Call first upon arrival, it is clearly indicated. You will then also hear whether you can stay behind the chains with reservations for 1 or 2 nights. Use of showers (€1 for 8 minutes) and toilets (no paper). Electricity costs €3.50, but unfortunately it appears necessary to check whether the plug is being plugged in secretly. Quiet, provided there are few regular guests. The nuclear power plant was shut down in April 2023.

Not a bad camper place, € 10 is quite a lot for a small place, next to a clearly audible road and a parking lot where everything is unloaded and loaded. Cycling along the Leine can be done both north and south (Göttingen). Sani station OK.

If you are self-sufficient this is an excellent place, better than the paid ones at the Adenauerring. We stayed here for 3 nights. A great starting point for cycling to, for example, the Border Museum in Eichsfeld, or further south. The city center is less than a fifteen minute walk, Greek restaurant Elaton is still a winner, and still affordable.

This is a great place for those who are self-sufficient. Electricity is available, € 1 per Kwh, often there is still some in the meter. Blocks to stand up are usually necessary, the paving can be slippery when it rains. Longitudinal spots for longer campers and slots for shorter ones. The boxes have white lines, but that is not really respected. Town within walking distance.

Three years ago this was a great camper spot for €3. It has now been increased to €10, while the site now looks dilapidated: lots of weeds, partly closed off and partly filled with trucks. The distance to the center of Duderstadt from here is not shorter than from the other camper place at Freibad, but rather longer. And the city is and remains definitely worth a visit.

It's a parking lot. Certainly a good one, but apart from lots of trash cans there is no other facility for campers. Quietly located and a good starting point for cycling trips around the beautiful Möhnesee. Restaurant Sämer appears to have become very expensive.

Excellent place, near the Ruhrtalradweg. Spacious pitches, no facilities except a waste bin. In the distance you can hear the railway. An Aldi 700 meters away, a Lidl 2 km away. Via a narrow and steep path behind the camper place you reach the Ruhrtalradweg, which can be cycled in two directions. It seems that many people from the area are here.

Well, what is the added value of this place compared to the adjacent free car park? You can discharge toilet and gray water, but this is also possible as a non-visitor for € 1. This is now also possible during the day, only on working days. Good walking opportunities. But yes, that very busy road right next to it remains very disturbing in my opinion.

Conveniently located free camper place where there is always room. No specific areas for campers, no facilities. We were there on Sunday, P10 was quite full with visitors to the gas holder. Excellent cycling opportunities directly from P10. P9 was closed with barriers after midnight on Saturday. 1 freight train passed by.

Particularly narrow places, you are less than one meter from your neighbors. No more than an ordinary parking lot, with associated traffic noise and without a single facility. Officially three (narrow) spots, but now there were more. Free, that is.

Just a small parking lot where campers are also tolerated, nothing more. It's fairly quiet there, there are no facilities, quite a bit of passing traffic. Nice village.

Great place if you are completely self-sufficient. No restrictions for campers seen, overnight stays are apparently tolerated. Now that the trees are not yet in leaf, the view is indeed beautiful, but that will be different in the summer. Cycling around the Rursee means a steep descent and an equally steep climb, which can actually only be done with an ebike.

An excellent free place for those who are completely self-sufficient. Not officially designated as a camper place, overnight stays are apparently tolerated. The Vennbahn runs right past it. On working days, trucks can drive by to the adjacent material depot. Anyone who wants to cycle the Rurufer Cycle Route will have to descend to Monschau, more than 100 meters in altitude lower. Feels safe here.

An honest camper place with good facilities, from which you can cycle in all directions. Spacious pitches, not demarcated. Cassette toilet and dirty water emptying free of charge, clean water € 0.10 per 10 liters. Power according to consumption, make sure you have enough €0.50 coins. At the end of the afternoon a friendly gentleman comes to collect the internship money.

Quiet place next to a former military base where you park on asphalt, with grass next to it. Electricity, water intake, cassette toilet discharge and dirty water are included. Quite a few large campers seem to have been there for a long time. A new overflow field has been constructed on the side, also with power points but less illuminated.

A very good place indeed for an overnight stay. Very spacious pitches, just far enough from the main road. The lights go off at night, so you don't feel unsafe. A good bakery and pastry shop approximately 300 meters away. Electricity and water are cut off between November 1 and April 15.

Beautiful place with a beautiful view. We were now there with 6 campers during a very windy night. The D914 to it is a beautiful but winding coastal road. You buy a ticket at the waste pit and then drive up to the barrier. When you leave, the machine asks whether you are definitely leaving or coming back. You can empty the cassette toilet free of charge if you have your own flushing water.

Excellent campsite with friendly employees. Also now with temperatures around 17 degrees. You will always find a spot among all those trees. Cycle south 6 km, then along the coast. Northern road to Tossa de Mar only suitable for MTBs. Quite a few campers who stay here for several weeks. We will come back here.

Contrary to what the photos suggest, it is almost full at the end of November. During the day almost everyone goes to Barcelona. The rather narrow places are therefore not really a problem. Reasonable sanitary facilities, discharge facilities OK. Pay in cash at the machine on departure. Quiet location. Electricity is included.

Great campsite for those who want to visit Barcelona. We tried to do this by bike, but it is not recommended, as you will get stuck at the airport. With bus L95 you can be at Plaza Catalunya within an hour. The red City tour bus is highly recommended, for €33 p.p. (€28 for people over 65) you can see a lot for 4 hours. Camping rate ACSI now € 22.32, ten euros more at the sea. Sanitary facilities are fine, same as V and E. Helpful reception.

Neat, functional camper place with four sloping compartments, so everyone has a view. A lot of construction is currently going on in the area. Emptying the cassette toilet and gray water, and taking in clean water are well arranged. Church bells are audible but not annoying, they were actually an hour ahead.

A very beautiful place indeed. Very quiet now, partly because the castle is closed for renovations. There were literally three passenger cars parked there. Parking €3 per four hours or €15 per 24 hours.

Excellent location in an authentic village with less than 100 inhabitants. Next to the bins for separate waste collection, but this hardly bothers you. Emptying the cassette toilet and gray water, taking in clean water is possible, the electricity did not work. Fairly narrow road to it. The telephone tower is on the mountain behind it. Quite a bit of commotion by scouting groups, hunters with dogs, etc. Very nice view.

Discharge pit for cassette toilet is now closed with a padlock. Discharging dirty water is still possible, for a cassette toilet you have to lift the manhole cover and rinse with your own water.

This is indeed primarily a location from France Passion. Fine if you are self-sufficient. The hospitable and enthusiastic manager has a fairly well-stocked store. Departure is only possible from 8 o'clock in the morning, that is clearly stated, until then the barrier is in place. Reasonable cycling opportunities in the area, including towards Llupia.

Nice quiet location near the Orgues (organ pipes). Explicit notice that washing dishes, washing, tapping water, etc. are not permitted. Of course you can use the toilet during opening hours. The Orgues are very worthwhile. Entrance approximately €5.

When you drive on the A9 toll road towards Spain, there are only toilets and showers, for V&E you have to go to the other side, i.e. cross the A9. The landfill is on your left. On that side is also the only shop, which is well stocked.

Currently only suitable for discharging gray water and emptying cassette toilets. You can only rinse the cassette with your own water, as the electronics have been demolished. Payment and tapping water are therefore not possible.

Functional camper place on the Moselle for those who do not want to spend the night too far from the autoroute. Even now, in November, 6 of the 7 places are occupied. Most near the power points. Indeed, the direction of entry is not convenient compared to the sloping spots. You hear the concrete factory across the street day and night, not loudly but continuously. But it is free, with some (paid) facilities if desired.

Decent place for the money. Bakery, supermarket, Greek restaurant and ice cream parlor within walking distance. When the place is reserved, a piece of paper hangs in the transparent box. Electricity is per kWh. Schinderhannes cycle route starts immediately on the left when you leave the site. Nice route over an old railway track. Unfortunately, here too, parking is not consistently in one direction, so you can end up with the doors opposite.

Exactly what we as campers want: spacious pitches, diagonally towards the front, with a patch of grass next to them, excellent sanitary facilities, a room with information material, at a reasonable rate and all on the basis of good faith. Many beautiful cycling routes in the area.

A well-organized camper place for those who are self-sufficient. Electricity is available (€ 0.50/Kwh). V&E is well organised. Great for cycling along the Danube, to Tuttlingen, among others. The B31 is annoyingly audible. Penny and bakery within walking distance.

Just a good and quiet place if you are self-sufficient. Electricity only €1 per 8 hours, not quite up to date anymore. Great for cycling to Gaggenau and beyond, along the Murg River (Tour de Murg). Fairly steep climb on the way back. A voluntary contribution is appreciated.

Place behind the restaurant, next to the trout pond. There are actually 2 camper spots, and as is often the case in Germany, they prefer to stand on top of you. Good restaurant with reasonable prices. Good cycling opportunities in the area. Restaurant toilets can be used. Well, there are two fairly large dogs, good-natured, but it is their domain. Electricity is on the expensive side at €5.

A busy place every day, even now, with people who mainly come to cycle along the Danube. And that despite the rather tight places. Reservations are necessary, especially by telephone, emailing via the app does not always work. There will be a payment terminal in 2024, so reservations will no longer be possible. Good facilities for H&E, washing up, toilet and shower (€ 1). The traffic around is audible. Separate free charging station for ebikes.

See the second photo, campers have 3 to 7 times higher rates, the same as for buses. For 2 hours you pay CZK 330 (€ 13), for one day CZK 650 (€ 26). You are standing on a dusty area with no shade. If you are 'lucky' the payment terminal will not work again. Your license plate will also be filmed. By the way, we thought Marienbad was more beautiful than Karlsbad.

Excellent campsite, plenty of choice of pitches in the late season. You also have a good position between the huts, provided they are not occupied. Friendly welcome, they speak excellent German and English. The sanitary facilities are in excellent condition. A visit to Marianske Lazne (4 km) is very worthwhile. Costs for 2 people + camper CZK 410 (€ 17), for electricity there is an additional CZK 140 (€ 6). Road number 21 is sometimes audible. After September 17, the hot kitchen will stop.

A truly beautiful location, with approximately 5 camper pitches near the water, between the payment kiosk and Eissalon Venezia. Costs per day normally €10, but now that it is closed it is free. Electricity with coins, € 0.50 per Kwh, 1 column with 4 connections in the corner. Also quite a lot of commotion in mid-September. And we were not alone.

A large, dusty and unpleasant area where trucks are also parked. There are some facilities, you stand for €5. Clean water intake costs one euro, for 80-100 liters, in reality you get a maximum of 40 liters.

Looks well cared for. You stand on grit, no demarcated boxes. The rate is now €14 per day. Discharging a cassette toilet and gray water is easy and free, also for passers-by. Toilets are available and function well (including whistling birds). We were unable to find the column to take in clean water.

Great place, within cycling distance, approximately 11 km, from Leipzig. Indeed without facilities, making it ideal for those who are self-sufficient. Good base for cycling and walking. Spacious places, €8 per 24 hours, during the weekend the Germans fill in all the holes and come and stand right on top of you if necessary. Unlike others, we could easily find it via Campercontact and Google Maps.

Excellent free spot, six places, three of which are a bit larger along the edge. Almost flat places, blocks turned out not to be necessary. Within walking distance of the pleasant center. Only 1 spot was occupied (long-term) by someone with a license plate from Gotha. It feels safe here. Do not turn too early, continue for another 60 meters at/until the intersection, otherwise you will end up in the large area for passenger cars.

A very good camper place, with large, level and well-separated pitches. You pay €15 staging fee via a machine, plus amounts for electricity, shower, discharge, deposit, etc. You don't hear much of the traffic in the back.

An excellent campsite with very large pitches. Welcoming reception by Sylvia and Arjan, with coffee, tea and cake. The plants are still young, so don't expect very shady spots yet. In principle you can swim in the pond. Sanitary and discharge facilities are in good order. Everything you need as a camper is available.

Everything you need as a camper is basically available. You only have to organize the washing up yourself. Places with a piece of grass next to it. The cycle path over the old railway runs right behind it. We were also here in 2017, even though the rate has now gone from €6 to €12, it is still reasonably priced.

In fact, this is a place for members of Landvergnügen, but the control over this seems loose. Kindly request to leave before 11am on Saturdays, Sundays and during the summer holidays. Logically, it is ultimately the parking lot for the toboggan run. The places are good, you are standing next to a lake, quiet and on stone, blocks are always necessary.

Two places, reasonably large and especially for campers, on an unpleasant general parking lot. Noisy, due to its location at an intersection of roads you hear all kinds of road noise from early in the morning, and also at night. If you come on Sunday you can only pay the parking fee of €2 from Monday morning at 8 am.

A beautiful, quietly located but certainly not boring campsite that is located in a beautiful spot: on a corner near the Orange Canal. The sanitary facilities have now been improved and are therefore in good condition. Electricity is always included, only power guzzlers such as air conditioning have to be paid extra, which is completely justified in our opinion. Campsite with park-like surroundings, in the middle of a beautiful cycling area. Hospitable operators who charge reasonable rates.

Great place and completely free. Dump for gray water and cassette toilet, with both flushing water and drinking water, all free of charge. On the way to Scandinavia. It is also easy to cycle along the Hase, which flows into the Ems, directly from the motorhome. Especially the night from Friday to Saturday can be noisy due to loiterers.

For € 7 you have a reasonably spacious pitch, including electricity. The railway track behind is audible, but not disturbing. During the day quite a lot of ambient and construction noise. In the evening you mainly hear the birds. The payment terminal can ask for the number of people at any time. Mi. just ignore it, the website of the municipality does not mention Kurtaks at € 2 p / p. You can pay with coins, banknotes and EC card.

A very special place to spend the night with your camper. You must be completely self-sufficient, free of charge but a contribution is appreciated. Very hospitable reception. It is indeed house number 6 and not 2. The Elbe is close by, cycling along the former 'innerdeutsche Grenze', in the middle of the Elbe, remains fascinating. Dömitz is located in the former GDR.

Not a bad place, but for 2 euros more you are at the Segelklub, 1 km away. The only facility we found were three power columns, each with four CEE connections You can also pay with coins or via a card reader. For € 10 without further facilities than just electricity, quite a pricey place.

Compared to camper pitches in the area a very good place. We paid € 12 for 2 people at the sympathetic 'PlatzWart' and not € 20. Electricity € 0.50 per kWh. You flush the cassette toilet with a bucket of water that you have to fetch yourself from the sea. After driving out with the camper, turn LEFT. Cycling: follow Zingst, after a few kms on the cycle path on the left side of the road you cross at the sign 'Rad- und Wanderweg nach Zingst - 9 km'.

Seems closed indeed, but you can open the gate and drive in a bit, up to the blue rope. Slovak comes after a few minutes, then you get a key to the gate lock and a number. Five pitches of about 7 meters wide, on grass. Wheels on stone, not the same everywhere. You get a key for the excellent, modern sanitary facilities. Shower temperature not adjustable. Friendly caretaker who speaks excellent English. Mentioned price in PLN (12.90) was totally wrong. All-in price is now PLN 88 / € 20, no discount if you don't want electricity. No separate empties for chemical toilet.

Quiet motorhome with spacious pitches and a view of the Göta Canal. With SEK 300 (€ 27) a solid price, and always including electricity. Unfortunately no rate without electricity. Nevertheless, always full, if you come well before 12 noon you still have reasonable chances of a place. Very nice cycling environment, both ways. The cafe where you pay doesn't offer much.

Spacious pitches, on grass, some pitches on gravel in front, between the regular guests. All very relaxed. Within walking distance of the aqueduct with the locks. Particularly interesting! Good sanitary facilities, also for campers. Rate now SEK 210 (€ 19), with electricity SEK 250 (€ 22.50). Will be collected in the morning around 9am.

Very spacious pitches on a large site. You can also stand on the grass in the middle. The manager usually drives his round at the beginning of the evening. Price SEK 150 (€ 13.50), with electricity SEK 200 (€ 18). Emptying the cassette toilet costs SEK 50, very expensive. Three toilets. The shower is very simple, it has something, takes a while before you have hot water. Cycling to Fjällbacka, where Camilla Läckberg's books play.

Nice location on the harbour. Basically a large parking lot with compartments for cars, where you can also park a camper. The most beautiful part is at the head, where the fishermen are. Don't be bothered, but they also park there. No facilities other than trash cans. The Volvo Museum is worth a visit, admission approximately €14, people over 65 €9. When we were there, a huge cruise ship was just docking.

Great motorhome with spacious places, at the back of a larger parking lot. All power connections worked, free of charge. There is a fairly busy bike path behind it, you will hardly be bothered by it. Beautiful historic town within walking distance. There was now a dumpster.

This is exactly what you need as a camper: a spacious pitch, grass, peace and sanitary facilities for those who need it. The owners also camp out themselves and therefore do not adhere to strict rules for departure times. Electricity is possible for € 5 per day, but is not intended to switch on air conditioners and other power consumers. Excellent cycling opportunities in the area.

A spacious and quiet place that feels safe, well lit at night. No amenities. A power supply according to the principle 'the user pays' would be useful.

Drive up to the blue/white sign (first photo). On that board hangs a long rod with which you can open the ROUND manhole cover. Be careful, that is heavy, the well is deep and discharging dirty water is a matter of aiming well. King and Queen are depicted on the manhole cover.

Very good camper place, you park for free in a place separated by hedges and pay a small amount for what you need. Electricity € 1 per 12 hours, clean water € 1. Remarkably many campers who park outside the 9 places, apparently that is (still) tolerated. Good cycling opportunities, especially along the Ems. Lots of twittering of crows/ravens, if you can't stand that you're having an off day.

Very spacious, especially out of season. You are free, no facilities. Despite the earthen wall, the adjacent A31 is clearly audible.

What is longitude and what is latitude is now well indicated. Nice and quiet place next to the park. Well lit at night. Waste pit for gray water and intake of clean water against payment. Sufficient for those who find half a meter of space acceptable. The spots are really very narrow. When we got there there were 3 campers in 4 places with hardly any space between them. Good initiative but poorly thought out.

We were also here in May 2021. No downside to think of and that for an all-in rate of only € 12. Spacious pitches, very quietly located and within cycling distance of Slagharen. Warm welcome. Sophisticated information, registration and payment. Shower and toilet are a short walk away. Given the sharply increased prices for electricity, the suggestion to charge separate rates with and without electricity (is now included): the user pays.

Exactly what you are looking for as a camper: space, tranquility, a toilet, emptying facilities, a friendly welcome and good cycling opportunities in the area. An hour's drive from the Randstad. No shower, but sockets and extensive information in the kiosk. For those who really cannot do without, there are 3 power points (+ € 5). And that at the very reasonable rate of € 10. Of which the municipality of Ermelo also earns more than € 3. Yes, for what exactly?

Temporary pitches on black gravel, separated by large stones. No facilities, when we were there, toilet containers were just put down. Not clear whether that was for the many construction workers or for campers. Lots of repair work, so construction noises, starting at 7am. Many cycle paths still need to be restored, but there is an 'Ersatzroute' for the Ahr cycle route.

We were here before, in January 2022, when for € 10 + € 3 electricity, is now € 12.50 + € 5 electricity. The latter is understandable, the former not: great place but without any facilities. Warm welcome. The conclusion remains that this place must mainly rely on its magnificent view of the Rhine. Unsuitable for motorhomes longer than 8 meters. The cooling units did not experience any problems.

You're fine here, free. with a view of the Ems and within walking distance of the center of Warendorf, a nice town by the way. Electricity is widely available, approximately € 1/Kw, coins of € 0.50 went through quickly. Good discharge facilities are available. Boat club toilets open, but very dirty (on the men's side) when we were there. The traffic noise is very bad. And even then, you actually stand for € 1 electricity.

Particularly relaxed environment. For € 15 you have a pitch of your choice with electricity, all takes care of itself, in a very quiet area with good outages, but without sanitary facilities. At night it is pitch dark. Fine pastries are for sale in the restaurant. Kitchen closes quite early.

Nowhere is it indicated that this is a motorhome. The parking bays are too short for campers. Parking is only possible in length. The water tap is clearly intended for visitors to the cemetery, don't expect to be able to connect your water hose to it. You are standing in a literally dead silent place, although a little further on a new building (auditorium?). The village is also quite dull.

Nice place at a 2 century old lock, provided you are self-sufficient. About 6 km from Péronne, good cycle path along the Somme. The place is unlit and really only suitable for campers up to about 7.5 to 8 meters. The sign at the access road is not an entry ban, but only indicates that you are not allowed to camp there. So you can just enter. Highway and railroad tracks can be heard in the distance.

It remains a city campsite, international, atmospheric and relaxed, on the Seine, despite high prices and occasional traffic noise. Excellent location in relation to the city, by bike you are in the center after 6 km. Cycling along the Seine is also possible, nice but longer. Sanitary facilities are sufficient, clean, showers are rather small. Electricity now costs € 7.90 per day, a total of € 38.40. Reception is doing fine. Many overwintering circus wagons, touringcars, etc.

Not a bad motorhome, is quite remote, with six places, possibly a seventh. You are very close to each other, you are on asphalt and you mainly look out at the discharge area, where passers-by also come. Nevertheless, it is quickly full, even now on October 1. The free power, a maximum of 4 connections, is apparently a plus.

Excellent campsite, 2 km from the famous Pont du Gard. Varied pitches under pine trees. Good sanitary facilities, small swimming pool. Excellent bread service. Late season rate € 19.32, until 1/11. Cycling: straight on at the roundabout at the bridge, turn left at the next intersection, pass under the railway bridge and you are on the Voie Verte to Beaucarie, about 18 km. Or from Vers (past Pont du Gard) to Uzés, about 15 km. Quite a lot of guests with dogs, which unfortunately too often are not under appeal.

Suitable as a location to empty gray water. Emptying the cassette toilet is also possible, you can rinse with your own gray water, if that is not too dirty. Drains and floor are a bit greasy. Clean water to be taken in for a fee.

Excellent campsite with spacious camper pitches, standard 'comfort' or at an additional cost with a direct view of the Dordogne. Comfortable atmosphere. Favorable rates (ACSI, € 13.20 incl. electricity) in early and late season, arrival before 12 noon or from 4 pm, otherwise on the 'overflow'. Friendly reception, bread service. Excellent sanitary facilities, hot water can take a while. Small pool, nice location. Downside: sometimes you drive unnecessarily fast.

Excellent city campsite, provided you take the sounds from outside for granted. Good location in relation to the center. You can get there quickly with the ferry, after 11 pm there is the bicycle and pedestrian tunnel, with escalators and elevator. The atmosphere at the campsite is friendly. Plumbing is a bit dated. Access by code. Very clear information booklet. Reasonable rate, for electricity they now charge € 10 per night. Disturbing noises from sports fields and festivals behind.

An excellent campsite. Despite its small size, it is also suitable for larger groups. Beautiful cycling trips can be made from the campsite, especially along the Linge, to Leerdam, Beesd and other places. Clean sanitary facilities and good facilities for campers. The prices in the catering industry are firm. In the distance you can hear the highway, not disturbing.

Reasonable places next to the pool, you have to take the noise for granted. Electricity is included, wifi does not work. Decent sanitary, clean. Nice pool. But how much longer? It is extremely uncertain what will happen to this campsite. The mobile homes, including those of people who have been bivouacking there for 30 years or more, must make way for cottages in the short term.

A indeed busy family campsite, for those who love it or, like me, go out with a grandson. There is a lot to do for children, albeit not every day. The tent pitches close to the recreational lake are small and full. You are more spacious at the places P near the sports field (no electricity). Also with your camper it is 1x in and 1x out, fine! Despite the fact that it is now almost full, the sanitary facilities are clean and widely available. Beautiful cycling environment.

A great place to stay for the money. It is quiet, quite dark at night, the sanitary facilities are fine and there is electricity. It takes a while to find the electrical boxes, on field 2 and 4 they are in any case, in the bushes, connection with a normal plug. The key to the sanitary facilities, including a good shower, is in a cupboard for which you will receive a code when you pay in the Sports Center. When closing, lift the door handle.

A quietly located campsite with spacious, marked out pitches for motorhomes, caravans and tents. Some permanent places. The sanitary facilities are more than adequate. Good base for cycling around the inland lake ('fjord'). Not fully occupied even in high season. Rate for a motorhome with 2 people, without electricity, DKK 219 (almost €30) per night. Shower + DKK 5. The nice place Ringkobing is a few km's away.

A great motorhome that probably disappears because some motorhomes do not adhere to the rules. Good facilities to discharge dirty water, empty chemical toilets and take clean water. Only the 4 or 5 places behind the flower boxes are for motor home, if there are no athletes parking, the regime is a bit more flexible. A small financial contribution for the athletes, in the letterbox, is very much appreciated.

Spacious site with sufficient space between the pitches. Sophisticated system via payment terminal. Price now DKK 140 (€ 19). If you want electricity, DKK 18 (= € 2.40 for 4 Kwh) is always the minimum. Remaining crowns + deposit are refundable. Washing up outside is free of charge. It can be windy there. Great WiFi. Now, in mid-July, about 30% occupied. 'Seeblick' means 'view of the pond', also beautiful. Excellent sanitary facilities. Waste separation could be better.

Special place so behind the dike and the main cycle path nearby. Quietly located, very good cycling options, including to Nordstrand and Dagebüll. Minimum distance between campers three meters, unfortunately not everyone adheres to that. Many day trippers who go to Hamburg Hillig, 4 km. Nearest supermarkets Aldi and Lidl in Bredstedt, 9 km. There is a vending machine with various products at the kiosk. Good GSM reception.

Quiet place without any traffic noise. In Lunden (2 km) there is a large RéWé and a very good Greek restaurant 'Rhodes'. You can cycle in both directions, you can also cycle to Friedrichstadt, along the old dikes. Mediocre GSM reception. Remarkable that it was completely full on Sunday evening. Many cars also from hikers. And yes, windy.

Excellent place to discharge gray water and empty chemical toilet. Clean water free of charge, at least during the day. See the first photo for the location on the property. Well-stocked shop with caravan and motorhome supplies. Friendly and helpful people.

Great place, very quiet, a bit difficult to get there due to the road closures: ignore the diversion signs, so just drive into the village past the ice rink and then follow the sign 'Wohnmobilstellplatz' to the left. Fairly spacious pitches, good sanitary facilities. Shower €1 for 5 minutes. Empty chemical toilet € 1. Supermarket 'Nahkauf' within walking distance is quite sorted (actually a RéWé).

Great place, nothing wrong with that, it is therefore free of charge. It is clearly indicated on the signs that there are no facilities. Not far from the highway, which you can hear very far in the distance. You can walk nicely around the lake, about 4 km.

Spacious pitches, partly under trees. Friendly manager. Radweg Daun-Bernkastl-Kues (54 km) is very worthwhile. Bus 555 with a bicycle trailer leaves every hour from Forumplatz in BKS (10 km). 2 bicycles € 8 together. Ticket with driver costs € 13.30 p.p. Monthly ticket for all public transport throughout Germany is much more convenient. For the time being, only in July and August 2022 for € 9 p.p. per calendar month. Book the bus in time!

Update June 18, 2022: electrical connections CEE are largely ready. The grass in the plots has been sown. Excellent and inexpensive food in Da Toni, a brand new restaurant building including the sanitary facilities for the campsite. A nice place in a bend of the river Prüm. The slightly higher camping area with most permanent pitches looks rather dated. A promising place!

Potentially a beautiful place, but the campsite was largely destroyed in mid-July 2021 by high water flows. The grass is high, power boxes are crooked and closed. The old reception building is still standing. It is unclear if this campsite will ever reopen. Nice renovation project for the enthusiast?

The most interesting part of the Prüm Cycle Path, Waxweiler-Prüm, can be cycled from here. Good places in the former car park, with sanitary facilities. ACSI rate in early and late season, approximately € 17. Possibly plus shower € 0.50 each time. Cycle route just behind the campsite. Friendly welcome, if closed at noon call.

Excellent and also interesting place to stay. There are approximately 10 official motorhome pitches, divert to the car parking spaces. Visiting the museum is free, guided tour of the mine is paid. Pleasant bustle during the day, quiet in the evening. Toilets at reception can be used during opening hours. Column for bicycle service and charger at weighing building opposite reception.

Just a parking spot on grit, high above the Moselle. It looks rather messy because of stored things here and there. But you stand very still, on a dead end road, on the edge of an otherwise dull village. Unable to discover 10 places. The toilet with the inscription 'Personal-WC' may be used. The restaurant closes at 6 pm during this period. The church bell goes 'off' at night.

Here stood 4 nights, € 12 for the place and possibly € 3 for electricity. Pleasant reception. Do not expect spacious places where you can camp extensively, it is a motorhome and not a campsite. 2 large shower rooms with toilet. Cycling: 7 km to Fridingen, the Danube route from there to Tuttlingen is beautiful, the one towards Beuron/Sigmaringen is even more beautiful. The owners dog often strikes annoyingly. Good waste separation.

Also now occupied to the last place in mid-May. Decent places, with grass, although you usually look at the neighbors' large white boxes. Good V and E, toilet and shower you have to bring yourself. Cycling along Lake Constance, the last part is always climbing. Close to ferry to Konstanz. Good price-quality ratio. Restaurant Gruner Baum about 250 meters away. Excellent waste separation.

A location with truly magnificent views, at an altitude of 1,500 meters, on a dead end road. Very quiet and laid back, you can just roll out your awning and put chairs outside. Nearest supermarket 2.5 km, the stated bread service did not work. The chickens and 5 roosters are inside at night, so no crowing early in the morning. There is electricity and also water, which we did not taste that way. Price € 10 (without electricity).

Good campsite with spacious pitches, we were at the back on the edge in place 2/3. Particularly hospitable reception. You can walk to the lake. ACSI rate (you have to ask for it) for a motorhome with 2 people, electricity and WiFi € 31.60 per night, of which € 5.60 in taxes. For that you get 2 bus tickets, bus 24 stops nearby. All in all, pricey but reasonable for Swiss standards. High-quality sanitary facilities. Cycling to Brienz 20 km along the lake.

Nice campsite, a bit messy, spacious pitches, not expensive for Swiss standards with € 22 (ACSI rate, cash payment only). Strangely enough SFR 25 when paying in Franken, so bring enough euros with you. Any traffic noise from the road above to the Simplon is largely drowned out by the stream. Many regular guests. Good sanitary facilities. Good bread service, not cheap.

Very nice location, high and with beautiful views, including the ski area Crans-Montana and the Matterhorn. Free until about mid-June, but sanitary facilities are also closed. Free WiFi does work, up to about 50 meters from the information kiosk. Many hikers park there who go to Torrent-Neuf. Getting there requires some steering skills, especially the first part through the vineyards.

Pitches 20 meters left before the entrance, direct access to camping facilities. Close to IOC headquarters. Price CHF 24.60 (€ 24.60) per 24 hours, incl. CHF 4.60 Tourist tax. You will receive 2 public transport tickets that are valid for 24 hours. Get on bus 24 at the Siége CIO stop, at Ouchy metro to the old town. Walking: along the lake shore to Ouchy, possibly. bus 24 back. Highway 9 is clearly audible. Find a spot on arrival < 4 pm and register later.

Neat campsite with spacious pitches, good sanitary facilities and a reasonable rate. We paid € 14.90 ACSI rate including electricity. Good reception. Location and view are not very special. No toilet paper in the toilets.

Campsite near traffic road. It looks crowded, way too close together and too cozy. For those who like that fine, we drove on.

€11 is a lot for a place with hardly any amenities. No showers or toilets, but electricity, 1.5 Kwh for € 1. The pitches are relatively spacious, approximately 7 meters wide. The adjacent traffic road is really disturbing. Many good cycling opportunities.

Spacious and quiet site with lots of space. No facilities, except a few glass containers. You can enjoy cycling and walking. Not far from the A61. Restaurant is closed.

Good location where you can park for free on the specific motorhome site, or in the adjacent parking lot when it is very busy. Lidl and Aldi at 300 meters. Excellent opportunities for cycling. Discharge dirty water and toilet free of charge, intake clean water for a fee. Nice town, Bad Bentheim at 7 km.

Exactly the facilities you want as a motor home: excellent showers and toilets, electricity according to consumption (€ 0.50 per Kwh), you are standing on grass on spacious pitches in a quiet area with surprisingly beautiful cycling options. If you consider that € 1.50 tourist tax has to be paid per visitor, the rate is very reasonable. And last but not least, the reception is very hospitable.

Park with mobile homes and chalets, some pitches for motorhomes with electricity and water. Warm welcome. Next to Landalpark De Heihaas, on request you will receive tickets and a gate key for the swimming pool there. Beautiful area for cycling and walking. Adjacent pallet company and construction work on the park itself can cause nuisance. Decent sanitary. Emptying the chemical toilet is still a bit cumbersome, emptying the waste water tank is not yet possible.

A place that mainly has the beautiful view of the Rhine. In terms of facilities, there is actually little, but electricity (+ € 3) and toilet use when the restaurant, which was now closed, is open. Next to the motorhome is the access road to the ferry (Rheinfähre), which can cause unrest. In principle from 12 noon to 12 noon, people will automatically collect the money. You can operate the barrier yourself. No CEE connections but regular sockets.

Quiet place near the historic fortified town of Schenkenschanz (population 100), which was once located at the point where the Rhine and Waal split. Both the town and the motorhome have no facilities. On the other side of the Rhine are Tolkamer and Lobith. The number of places for motorhomes is limited, depending on how many cars are parked. It can be soggy when it rains. The area is good for cycling and walking.

Excellent location when you don't necessarily have to be on the water. Electricity, clean water and emptying the toilet are included in the price for €5. Gray water dump was closed. Large number of electrical connections. Stageld is collected around 4 pm by a friendly woman. At the weekend a disco boat can pass by, it is gone after 5 minutes. Supermarket Schilling is recommended, wide range at very reasonable prices.

Basically just a large parking lot with some paid facilities. Also occupied for about 2/3 on the weekend at the end of November. The machine works again, gives no less than 3 tickets, rate € 12 per 24 hours. No parking attendant or covid control seen. Quiet at night, from the morning nearby traffic road is audible. You can cycle very well on the dikes.

We have been here during the day. 10 large places in a large parking lot where buses also turn and park. Appingedam center within walking distance, is certainly not disappointing. For a euro you have power, probably a maximum of 1 KW. In particular, the road and bridge behind are quite noisy. If that doesn't bother you, it's a nice place to stay.

According to the website, the sauna will be closed as of November 1, after 25 years. It would be a shame if the camper pitches also expire, you are very quiet there. No facilities, but you are also free. But how much longer?

The motorhome is open to the extent that you can stand on gravel after October 31. The pitches on grass are closed because it is too swampy. Plumbing is still accessible.

Nice place in a nice village. When we arrived there was only 1 spot, the other 2 were occupied by passenger cars. Suitable for motorhomes up to approximately 7 meters. Good cycling opportunities in the area. Several roosters start crowing early in the morning.

Very spacious pitches, with a view of the Meuse. Well lit at night. Power connection with standard plug. Overnight stay € 4.80, with electricity € 2.80 extra. Bakker still comes around 8.45 am, then the information house at the entrance is also open, where you can pay until 9.00 am. Cycling along the Maas via a beautiful and flat path. To Charleville-M. about 20 km.

Very decent place on the canal. There are power points for both motorhomes and boats, also a clean water tap. It is unclear if and how you have to pay for this. On the beautiful cycle route to Auxerre, 18 km. Adjacent road, the busy D606, is annoyingly audible. There are also containers for local waste collection on the site.

The location is still accessible. Just pass the cycle path along the canal and then turn right twice. There are 4 to 5 places, depending on how many cars are parked. A really nice place.

Pleasant, relaxed and hospitable reception. Very quiet place, free of charge, very little traffic, no shade, from 6 pm the fruit buyers come. Sell at fair prices. It is also a France Passion location. Do not drive too early along the Rhone, narrow road with overhanging branches.

For € 7 a great motorhome with reasonably spacious and demarcated places, in a nice town. Water intake, toilet and waste water discharge are included, or free when you drive by alone. Deposits are collected at eight in the morning, also on Sundays. Bakker Olivier less than 100 meters away. Nearby road is disruptive, but that also applies - and often even more so - to all campsites in the area. Excellent cycling opportunities.

Undoubtedly a shady campsite in high summer, in early and late season it all looks a bit gloomy. Quiet location. Sympathetic and hospitable manager. Somewhat dated but functional sanitary facilities. The GSM reception is very minimal or even absent (camping cannot be charged), WiFi limited, only at the bar. Campsite has a swimming pool. Cycling in the hilly area is difficult. Good value for money.

Very quiet free place, accessible via 6 km of climbing road. Few activities in the summer, there is a sani station where you can take clean water and empty the toilet for € 4 (1 of both costs the same), emptying dirty water is free of charge. Walking area, no lifts in operation to take walkers up. GSM reception very poor.

Spacious and quiet motorhome. Nice to cycle via Voie du Tram to Villard de Lans. Past La Poste, just before the roundabout, turn left. During the day quite a bit of activity: walkers, paragliders, runners, etc. Discharging dirty water is free. To take in clean water and/or to empty the cassette toilet you always lose € 4, a clumsy system. Towards Villard de Lans, to the left of the Intermarché, is an excellent bicycle repair shop, 'Altiplano'.

Just a very nice place with a magnificent view, which costs nothing. Very far into the depth you see the N83, which is barely audible. No amenities except some nice stone benches. There are indeed always coming and going natives, who usually do not stay very long. You can walk to the village in five minutes.

Good, quiet site with many shady pitches under large trees. Only after payment, in the evening around 8 pm when the nice man from the municipality comes, you will receive the codes for the showers and for the WiFi. Functional sanitary facilities, complete. Gray water dump and chemical toilet 1 km away. Rate is now € 11, with electricity € 14 (was € 9 or € 11). Campsite closes on September 15. During the day some noise from adjacent sports fields.

Campsite located at an altitude of almost 600 meters with a magnificent view. Very quiet. Recently 3-4 places have been added on an almost flat stretch. Cycling: 2.5 km to the CP in Üttfeld, then 8 km to Pronsfeld on the old railway and then possibly. another 10 km to Prum. Warm welcome by the owners. The sanitary facilities are indeed very simple but functional. Price for 2 nights including electricity approx € 28 (SVR).

Excellent motorhome with basic facilities such as water, electricity and all discharge facilities. No showers and toilets, but a cold outdoor shower ('to cool off'). For us this is camping as it is meant to be. Very reasonably priced at €12.50. The barrier opens automatically, also for cyclists. Spacious pitches on grass, which still looks good in September. Relaxed and logical rules, sympathetic reception. Highway A67 is audible.

The almost ideal motorhome pitch and that for only € 7 per day. The free WiFi works fine. Spacious pitches, electricity is well arranged. Cycle path runs right along the CP, gives a pleasant buzz. Beautiful cycling trips to Prüm (10 km), St Vith (28 km) and Euscheid (10 km). The consequences of the recent floods can still be clearly seen towards Prüm. Toilet car between sani station and wagons. The sani station is a little further on, at the P.

We don't give a ten easily, for that everything has to be perfect. And that is certainly the case at Houbenhof! You are standing on grass that still looks well-groomed in September. Welcoming reception by Bas and his team. The pitches are quite spacious and include electricity. The new sanitary facilities, 2 toilets and 2 showers, are excellent. Good cycling opportunities in the area. And all that for the very reasonable price of € 15 per night.

Good place, not very crowded, with a beautiful view. You are standing on crushed stone, fairly spacious pitches. Rate € 10, whether or not electricity makes no difference. Mobile reception very poor, WiFi restaurant Almbeach good and free (ask for yourself). Four power points, long cable is desirable. Toilet is open day and night. Facilities V&E behind, at ski lift house. Beautiful walking area, actually too hilly for cycling, even with an E-bike.

Good location with five spacious pitches of equal size. Excellent facilities for clean and gray water and emptying chemical toilets. Next to a playground. Adjacent road is audible. Close to the city center. The Ruhr-Sieg cycle route (to Meschede or Finnentrop) is approximately 800 meters away. Only electricity and intake of clean water have to be paid.

Very friendly reception. Sophisticated payment system with QR code and PayPal, cash via envelope is also possible. Quiet and pleasant location, with tractors, lawnmowers, etc. Three reasonably spacious pitches on gravel, with electricity (€ 0.50/Kwh, max. 10 Ah), water (€ 1 for 100 liters) and chemical toilet cistern. Gray water drainage a bit laborious. 2 km from the beautiful Biggesee cycle route, steep climb on the way back. Also holiday homes for rent.

Nice and quite quiet free place. There are officially three camper pitches, right on the cycle path that is part of the Ruhr-Sieg cycle route (from Meschede to Kirchen/Sieg). In addition to campers, the parking lot also accommodates visitors to the adjacent tennis court and the park. The benches right in front of the motorhome pitches are used intensively, even in the evening. Easy to find when you click through to the route via Maps from the app.

A bit of an odd place for a motorhome: traffic drives right past it, according to the sign you can only arrive there after 6.30 pm and have to be gone the next day at the latest by 9.30 am. It is not clear whether it will be maintained. The place is free, that's for sure. And if you stand there, there is no clear division of division.

Technically a good place with free electricity and good facilities for chemical toilet, gray and clean water. But the traffic passes continuously just ten meters behind it. It is a Park and Ride site with many incoming and outgoing passenger cars. If you don't mind all that, it's a great place to be.

A bit gloomy place with space for four campers. There may be a fifth or perhaps a sixth along the edges, but there are only four electricity connections (2 Kwh for € 1). Traffic noise all around is clearly audible. Emptying chemical toilets, gray water and clean water are well organized.

According to the sign there are officially 10 places for campers, often there are (much) more. Everything is not so tightly regulated and in practice it regulates itself. Except for a few trash cans, there are indeed no facilities, the site is unlit at night. From here you are quickly on the bike paths around the Möhnesee. Quite a few people eat at restaurant Sämer or take out there.

Good motorhome, with sloping compartments so that everyone has a wide view. Free, no facilities, you can consume something at the ferry. Pont over the Weser is nearby, sailing from 9 am, cycling route on the other side.

Excellent and quiet parking at the surprisingly beautiful Duderstadt. Very spacious pitches and that for € 3, to be paid with euro coins. Electricity, water etc must be paid with tokens, for sale at Pennymarkt, Star gas station, Rathaus. Often there is still some current in the counter. Cycling past Imbiss, under the tunnel and after 1 km you are in the very pleasant center. Greek restaurant Elaton is recommended.

Nice campsite with sufficient facilities. Many permanent pitches. The rate is € 7 for a motorhome, an additional € 3.50 per person is added. With electricity (+ € 3) in total € 17. Shower € 1 at a time. Just sanitary. Adjacent riding school creates quite a bit of excitement during the day. Nice manager. Vaccination booklet is photographed.

Perhaps different than the photos with the blue buildings (Haus auf der Grenze) suggest, the motorhome is not there, but next to the American watchtower. On foot a few hundred meters but you will have to make a detour. Nice view, with some imagination there are three places instead of two. A hefty rate for a place without facilities. Incidentally, a very impressive place with many original parts, very worthwhile.

Exactly what you need as a camper. Terrain with grass or gravel on the river, lots of space because the maximum number of campers is limited to 8. Rate: € 5 per day, electricity € 0.50 per Kwh, 120 liters of water for € 1, toilet and gray water discharge for free. At Point Alpha, at the time the westernmost point of the Warsaw Pact, many original parts of the Wall still stand. About 4 km by bike or car, very worthwhile! Large ReWe at 1.3 km.

A quiet grassy area on the Werra, managed by the volunteer fire brigade. Rate € 8 to stand alone and € 10 including toilet use in a separate building. There also seem to be some electrical connections. In the pink house in Werrastrasse 1 you can pay and get a key for the sanitary facilities, deposit € 20. Four km from Treffurt and 20 km cycle along the Werra to Mihla, 27 km to Creuzburg. Or to the North, including Eschwege.

Nice spacious places on grass or gravel, there is plenty of space on grass. Electricity € 1 for 9 hours (4 connections), water € 1. You can visit the toilet and empty the cassette between 10 am and 5 pm in Grensmuseum. Museum is very worthwhile, impressive, rate € 4.50 p.p. Fairly steep descent to beautiful Bad Sooden, from where you can make beautiful cycling trips along the Werra in two directions. Rate € 4 per night.

In any case, there was plenty of room and well lit. Indeed, around 8.15 am the run to various schools starts, but half an hour later that is also done again. No facilities but otherwise completely free. Traffic noise from early in the morning.

Reasonably quiet campsite with fairly spacious pitches, a bit run down. A number of permanent places where mostly old caravans are parked. The sanitary facilities are simple but complete. No toilet paper in the toilets. A number of electrical connections are not usable. The old Felleries train station is on the property. The adjacent site, with garages, can cause noise pollution, especially at weekends. Starting point for a beautiful cycling route.

This is probably a nice place if you are there with several campers. In the end we were alone, further on was a noisy party going on, cars parked on the water in the dark, so we drove on to La Bouille, 7 km to the south. After 11 p.m., the passenger cars leave there en masse.

Indeed a lively, cozy but also noisy place. We have also heard all the noises already mentioned. In view of the sign 'maximum parking time for camper-cars 24 hours', campers are welcome, but it is not clear in which places. In any case, this is certainly not a place for longer campers. A good bakery/patisserie is 200 meters away, which is also open early on Sundays. The ferry runs frequently and is free.

Overnight stays are not (anymore) allowed here, given the signs as shown in the photo. It is still possible to discharge dirty water, although the overhanging tree is in the way. Emptying a chemical toilet is a bit cumbersome because of the heavy manhole cover. The clean water tap was turned off.

The kind of place you'd rather keep to yourself. Spacious, quiet, nice view of the canal, with pitches on terraced fields and if you accept that boat owners sometimes stand in front of you. Nice to cycle along Canal Nantes-Brest, both ways. Toilet facilities near the lockkeeper's house. On the other side of the bridge is a simple campsite.

Camper place with barrier, payment machine and unmanned. Is beautiful, shady and quieter than the free motorhome 250 meters away, near the church. On the river Varenne. Current rate (24.6.2021) € 13.20, unclear whether there are additional costs. WiFi included. Village makes a bit drab and run down impression.

Unclear whether this is an official motorhome, there were several motorhomes. Excellent toilet block, open day and night. Nice but somewhat run down village. Some traffic noise from nearby through roads. On the river Varenne. 250 meters away is an official motorhome parking, which costs more than € 13, this place is free.

Great campsite for a reasonable rate. In the early and late season approx. € 17, including electricity. Handy location for making varied cycling trips. Reasonable sanitary facilities, spacious, toilets without toilet paper, shower temperature cannot be regulated. Friendly reception. Even in low season you must indicate how long you will stay. Terrain F is indeed beautiful, especially on the outer edge, some inconvenience from neighboring mobile homes is not excluded.

Campsite right on the Canal Nantes-Brest. To the NW to Josselin, beautiful historic town. Or to Ploërmel/Loyat on an old railway. Fairly spacious pitches, most with a view of the canal. In the early and late season ACSI rate € 17 including electricity. Good plumbing, washing up tap can get very hot. Restaurant La Chaumiere, within walking distance, opposite the bakery, offers a fine three-course daily menu, meat or fish, for about € 13.

Very nice camper location, spacious, partly grass, partly paved. Free. No shadow. Located directly on the 'voie verte', a cycling/walking path that lies on a former railway track. Some facilities available.

Beautiful campsite, located on a river. Also mobile homes on site. Excellent sanitary facilities, which are widely available. Covered swimming pool(-you). Friendly administrators. In the early and late season rate € 16, including electricity (not necessarily ACSI). The 'voie verte' from Locmaria-Berrien leads over an old railway, it is not part of the Canal Nantes-Brest. Camping WiFi can not discover, own mobile reception very poor.

Excellent campsite with stunning sea views from many places. Good starting point for walking and cycling tours. Friendly manager. ACSI rate in early and late season € 20, including electricity. Much less crowded outside the weekends. Very poor WiFi, own reception fine. Sanitary good, a bit dated. The manager has a special (green) folder with cycling routes, which is not automatically available at the desk.

Good campsite with a good heated swimming pool. Fairly spacious pitches on grass, some pitches by the sea, which are hardly visible due to high hedges. With an ACSI rate of € 17 in the early and late season, very reasonably priced. Excellent sanitary facilities, ample washing and washing facilities. Unable to detect properly working WiFi. Good starting point for cycling trips along the coast. Reception closed between 12 noon and 2 pm. Friendly manager. bread service.

Excellent campsite, in a quiet location with a beautiful view and fairly spacious pitches. Friendly reception. Good sanitary facilities, excellent waste separation. Good starting point for cycling and walking tours, including around the adjacent Landalpark. WiFi in itself moderate at the rear, but own WiFi works fine. Very reasonable rate. Remarkable plus: no dirty dishcloths but pullers at the washing up place. Also nice: large eggs for sale at reasonable prices.

Plumbing with 1 toilet is quite limited, is being worked on. Good WiFi. Reasonable rates, we paid € 18.50 per day, 2 p. including electricity.

Excellent campsite, quiet location and good starting point for cycling and walking tours. Places of average size. The manager couple Johan and Ad have things well under control. Good sanitary facilities and good washing facilities, with a very nice recreation room on the side. Minus: the otherwise fine shower only has 1 setting and it is just a bit too hot. Good waste separation.

Very quietly located mini campsite, outside of Corona much frequented by Germans who go surfing, kiting, etc. from here. Also a good starting point for cycling. Basic facilities are available, the sanitary facilities are dated, shower works with coins, hot water included. Warm welcome. Good price / quality ratio.

Great small campsite, very quietly located on a dead end road, excellent sanitary facilities. Sympathetic and considerate administrators. Good starting point for cycling tours in the area. E-bikes can be stored and charged under cover. Campers only on the paved areas with grass / concrete, no vehicles on the grass. Good WiFi.
