Location: 5 min walk to the tram 18 which take you to the Dom. it is also next to a cycle path along the Rhine and takes you to centrum atmosphere: not cozy. campers are parked close to each other, where you are allowed to park is not self explanatory (depends on the length of your camper, depends if it is reserved) very busy. Beware of the flooded spots when it rains. they are the spots on the right when you enter the camper site.

Sorry about this but we didn’t see that we need to place a reservation prior arrival. There is no reception or regulation upon arrival. So I understand that the “reservation” is pure performative. The location is not ideal: directly next to main roads and rails/metro. There are long term campers on site. The available spots are awkwardly arranged and some are too small for a camper of 7.5m long. And it doesn’t look cozy.

The place is full of campers and people ended up parking at designated car park. the day visitors park the car between the campers. €12 per day. the toilets are clean and well maintained but it cost €1 every visit. no shower. location is excellent, 5 min walk from the lake. 3 walking routes found on Komoot.

Great location at Rothsee. We arrived at 21:00 so the spots on the green are longer available. We parked at the field behind and had a quiet night. The camper facility is great: free water, chemical toilet and grey water disposal. Would have liked to have a second facility considering the size of the camperstop in the summer!

greeted friendly from the start, pitches are well spaced and levelled. surfaced with fine gravel. toilets and showers are clean. located next to channel, peace and quite, no traffic, within walking distance.

Check the operating hours of the reception. We arrived on time and received the entrance ticket to enter the camping grounds. Spacious spot. Overall badly maintained. The sanitary is outdated. Electricity on most spots does not work. Good for one night stop.

Beautifully maintained site at Heeg. spacious pitch even at high season. Boat and SUP board rental is available. Little animals roaming around the campground and there is a pony too. Peace and calm .

we were here during the high season and got a spot next to the boat which is actually a grass patch for the boaters. we left after one night because it was too crowded. otherwise, the location is great and sanitary is very clean (and has its special open hours).

Great location as it is right next to the beach. Narrow spaces and there were 2 campers more than allowed. A very popular spot and it is still free.
