Excellent city campsite. Well organised and tidy. Nice, large pitches, equipped with water tap and electricity. The campsite is also easy to reach with a large camper. We cycled to the Eiffel Tower etc. and on the way back cycled over the almost 2 km long Champs-Élysées. All in all a special experience.

We have been living in our camper temporarily since October and have been here very regularly in the past months. The reason for this is that Petra and Jan have the facilities very well organized, even in the gloomy winter months! Hospitality is a top priority. We were even allowed to use the common room during the Christmas holidays to receive the (grand)children!

Reasonable place but relatively expensive. The 2 old campers that have been here for a long time are not inviting either.

We stayed 3 nights at the camper place De Feroaring in Oudwoude. Also in the winter period this is a nice place to bivouac with a heavy camper: paved places, super neat toilets and shower facilities. Harry is a professional and you can see that in everything. Moreover, a very friendly man who does everything to make you feel at home. Highly recommended!!

The camper place opened in June. Jan and Petra are very customer friendly and have done everything to make the guests as comfortable as possible in this beautiful part of Friesland!

The basic price for 24 hours is 6 euros instead of 7. If you want electricity and/or water, you pay a few euros extra. The entrance is automated. You can choose the language, including Dutch. The rest is self-explanatory. Free discharge of gray and black water. You have to pay a coin to rewind the cassette. There is a Lidl near the CP and an Intermarché gas station opposite the entrance. Everything is neatly laid out and secured. Police station next to CP

Beautiful estate on which four lodges are also rented. The owner is very friendly, helpful and hospitable. We thought we would stay here for 1 night in October, but it turned out to be 3. We are self-sufficient, but there are neat shower facilities available. A chemical toilet disposal is also provided. The area is hilly. We were able to cycle here with an e-bike on the quiet roads. Recommended!!

We stayed here one night in mid-September on our way to Greece. Great place!

Wonderfully quiet place for an overnight stay to or from Greece. We did both because we liked it. Toilets are very clean. All facilities for taking care of your camper are present and in order. Owner does not speak English or German, but Google's translator offers a solution. The last 300 meters of the access road are unpaved but doable at a walking pace.

Excellent overnight stay outside monastic life. We were here on the night from Saturday to Sunday. Many cars that looked for a spot on the Danube during the night hours and drove past the monastery until late at night and thus drove our camper. The other morning it was very busy with church visitors on the monastery grounds, which prompted us to leave.

We were here on October 15th. The house has changed hands and no one knew anything about it. This CP can be deleted.

Great field to stay for a few days. The places are not demarcated. There are some places with electricity. The campsite is easy to find via coordinates. The exit to the small road on which the campsite is located is indeed quite steep, but doable, even with larger campers (7.6 meters)

A beautiful, still young motorhome with spacious and paved pitches for a bargain price. The CP is led by the enthusiastic couple Diepstra where nothing is really necessary and everything is possible! We have been here a wonderful weekend. There are no fixed arrival or departure times. Recommended!!

What a beautiful camper place! Beautiful paved turf so that even in wet(er) periods, heavy campers can park without any problems. From every pitch you have a magnificent view over the farmlands with grazing cows. Water and electricity are available as well as a place to discharge gray and black water. The CP is located in beautiful surroundings. Both Balk and Woudsend are about 10 minutes by bike. Recommended!!

We drove past here today by motorbike. The campsite is open again. Costs 14 euros per day. Max 3 days. Spruce opposite the camera place

Beautiful camper place for campers that are self-sufficient. Excellent facilities. CP is located on a country road with little traffic. Beautiful area to explore by bike.

We spent the night of February 27 to 28 here. Neat places and care camper. We did not use electric, shower or toilet. Great Cp!

Great place to spend the night and / or to visit the beautiful town. Put in a pair of earplugs and you won't hear the trucks, if that bothers you. Good facilities for taking care of the camper, even last night when it froze 8 degrees! Supermarket within walking distance.

Excellent CP with all facilities that work well. We have not used electricity. The access road is fairly steep but easy to do, even with heavy campers. Beautiful view! We were here 2 nights. Ideal if you appreciate peace and quiet.

Beautiful and mostly large pitches which give a lot of privacy and that for an average of 11.50 Euro (ex electric). Moreover, a cozy location to eat or drink something for normal prices. Recommended!!

Beautiful motorhome pitch, located in the woods, next to Ideal campsite. The pitches are spacious and the facilities of the campsite can be used. You can enjoy cycling through the beautiful landscape here. Friendly owner.
