Something went wrong when checking in at the locker. I didn't receive a text message or an email, and therefore no barrier code either, but the money for two nights was debited from my account. I called the harbor master and received a recording of a voice message, which I couldn't make out. I emailed the harbor master, but no response, even after two days. We spent two nights outside the barrier, which was fine, but we had no power!
