We were in doubt about this site as the website and booking system was poor but we’re glad we took the chance as it is a friendly, green and spacious small campsite with lots of trees and quiet. Sleep here is excellent. Tiny playground but lots of grass for the kids to play on. friendly people. Reception closes at 5pm but you can ask in the restaurant after that. We were allowed to pick our own spot and pay in the morning. Great camping vibe

beautiful secluded spot by a truly wonderful river. it is in the middle of nature with lots of butterflies. aside from the “noise” from the river it’s completely quiet, with calm people and a friendly atmosphere. the amenities are ok but basic: the shop is somewhat under-supplied so bring groceries. there are two pools which are a bit worn but ok, especially as the river is the true star of the show here. bathrooms not super clean but ok.

this could be a lovely campsite but the animation ruins any chance of peace and quiet you have. Throughout the day and even late into the night there is massive noise that reach every pitch on the campsite, totally unnecessarily. such a shame as the pool is great, there is friendly staff and a great free shuttle into town.

everything is top quality, quiet energy, friendly people, beautiful setting. Even has horse riding and great playground for kids
