At first glance, the staff seemed friendly. Washing campervans was prohibited (understandable), yet entire families were showering while filling up with water, not to mention the rather unsavory sight of some campervan owners washing themselves naked... Sincerely. One staff member used inappropriate language for a business setting (you have to leave, you don't have any more electrical outlets...).
