A very good campsite. Very friendly owner, spotlessly clean restrooms, toilet paper provided, hot water without tokens or coins, nice flat terrain, and a small shop on site. The surrounding area offers plenty of opportunities for cycling, hiking, and geocaching.

Great campsite: no bouncy castles or water slides, but a campsite with decent, clean sanitary facilities and a very friendly owner. That's all it needs for me.

A friendly welcome, even though I just showed up without any prior notice. I was assigned a nice, paved, level camper spot. The sanitary facilities are excellent, and the showers work without tokens or coins: that's how it should be. An ideal base for cycling and geocaching. There's nothing in the village itself (not even a supermarket), and the campsite is also very quiet. Ideal for a few nights, but not for a week or longer (in my opinion).

I really liked the campsite. You can pitch wherever you like, and there are no set arrival or departure times: wonderful. The restroom facilities are okay and functional, but it's not state-of-the-art. It's an ideal base for geocaching. I'll definitely be back.

Pitches; paved, on grass, under trees, in open field. Sanitary facilities are substandard. Hot shower water. 4A power is barely sufficient. You have to empty your cassette toilet in a regular grey PVC pipe that comes out of the ground and in which you can see remains of your predecessor. The owner is friendly, but urgently needs to invest because with the number of overnight stays there is certainly enough money coming in so the campers want something in return.

Reserved camper places that are almost flat and paved. Narrow and steep access road that can be a bit challenging, especially if cars do not adhere to the parking space markings. Outdated sanitary facilities but everything is there and works. Friendly owner.

Very well located near the beach. Paved camper pitches are okay. Some camping spots are very cramped. Great shop (including fresh rolls) and ditto brasserie. Friendly welcome. The sanitary facilities are rather cramped compared to the number of guests. Too bad that showering with a card is limited in time; that should be different, certainly for the price I had to pay.

Spacious pitches with their own electricity and water, but rather bare. No tree shade anywhere. It's good that some places are paved for campers. Very nice sanitary facilities and beautiful bistro. Quiet area. Friendly welcome. The barrier closes irrevocably and I didn't have a pass (it wasn't offered to me) so I couldn't enter and exit freely. The emergency number hanging at the reception was apparently 'not assigned'. Almere itself is not worth a visit.

Super. Very spacious pitches that you can choose yourself and which are nice and flat. Perfectly maintained campsite. Friendly welcome (without shouting) in French or English. Attractive restaurant where we had a delicious meal at very reasonable prices. Brand new sanitary building (mixed male-female). I don't dare say whether there is much to do in the area, but the campsite is fine. The baker comes by in the morning. There is no shop.

Friendly welcome. Ideal location in relation to the town. Calm. Not all places are perfectly flat, but wheel chocks solve this in no time. Small brasserie on site as well as an epicerie with basic supplies. Bread roll service if ordered in the evening. Choosing your own place is fun. The only downside is the sanitary facilities that date from the 1970s. Everything is there and functions, but an update is needed. Shower water is very warm.

Outdated campsite in a very good location. Sanitary facilities are clean. There were too few passes to open the barriers, so entry and exit could only be made during the opening hours of the reception: 9 to 12 and 15 to 20; even in high season. Garbage bins are all mixed up. No shop, no sandwich service. 'Restaurant' is a glorified football canteen. It seems as if time has stood still in 1970.

Ideally located campsite. Spacious places that you can choose yourself; that's nice. Clean sanitary facilities. Very quiet. Fishermen and hikers can indulge themselves here. Possibility of eating. Friendly welcome. Ideal as a transit campsite or for a short stay.

Ideally located campsite, excellent sanitary facilities. The regular camper pitches are not suitable for slightly longer campers, so we chose a comfort pitch, but it is not 100 m². Checking in went smoothly, but more space in front of the barrier for temporary parking would be useful. Limited offer in store. The gate closes at night, so driving out in an emergency is impossible. Brasserie not always open. Too expensive for what it is.

Very tight places and steeply sloping terrain.

Simply great! Friendly welcome, beautiful paved camper pitches and overwhelmingly beautiful sanitary facilities. Everything at this mini campsite shows that the owners do this with heart and soul and not just to earn something extra. The fact that I was able to come here before the real season starts at Easter is a big plus. This is a place to come back to.

Beautiful camper place, power and water point nearby. Brand new and super clean sanitary facilities. The barrier remains permanently closed between 2300 hrs and 0730 hrs and I don't like that very much. Exiting should always be possible.

Great camper spot. Very quiet location and yet close to a center. Ideal base for cycling and geocaching. Friendly welcome and departure time can be arranged in consultation. 50 cents for a 9 minute shower is good and you are not left with unusable tokens. A little lighting in the showers closest to the CP wouldn't hurt; Showering at dusk is not so convenient. In short: excellent camper place.

Ideal for a stopover. Supermarket nearby. Not super inviting, but many municipalities don't offer anything at all.

What a beautiful camper spot! A welcome sign next to the place for the camper, beautiful green lawn, flowers, etc. It is obvious that the owners run this cp with heart and soul. Drinks and ice creams are available. Not far from cycling and geocache routes.

Beautiful camper place. Brand new so not much planting yet. Too bad the maximum length of stay is set at 24 hours; that had to be at least double.

Very nice campsite with all possible facilities. We preferred the camper pitches at the entrance: spacious enough, clean sanitary facilities nearby and privacy due to the hedges. 2 spacious service points for the campers. We personally find the camper pitches on the Yser much less fun. Shop, snack bar, 2 swimming pools are a handy bonus. Price-quality is good.

Very quiet campsite. Sanitary facilities are fine: hot showers (adjustable temperature) and immaculate. Lots of space between the campers. Service station for motorhomes is top: everything available and without having to disturb other guests. Ideal base for geocaching and cycling. Here and there a tree or shrub between the camper pitches would be nice. Friendly welcome and very reasonable price.

Very friendly welcome. Excellent sanitary facilities that are brand new. Spacious places where even the slightly longer camper can stand perfectly. The planting is still young because some places do not yet have shade. Beautiful view over the fields and very quiet. Within cycling distance of Veere where it is undoubtedly much noisier. It is a bit of a search for the environmental street, etc., but that does not detract from this very pleasant mini campsite.

Beautiful spacious pitches in some cases separated by hedges, excellent sanitary facilities and no hassle with tokens, helpful owner, ideal base for cycling trips to Middelburg or Vlissingen or for geocaching. The rooster crowing at dawn wasn't necessary for me, but I suppose some might appreciate that.
