A very nice campsite located directly on the Eder River. We had a lovely pitch under the trees in the shade. Very pleasant camping. The restaurant is highly recommended. Great, delicious dishes. We would come back if the opportunity arises. Shopping options are unfortunately very limited. A well-stocked refrigerator upon arrival is a good idea.

The lake was shrouded in mist and hidden behind a wall of rain. Very friendly welcome, perfect sanitary facilities, bread roll delivery from the bakery. Beautiful scenery – a camper couldn't ask for more. We got a spot on the terraces. I don't think it would cost more than €8.50.

We arrived in torrential rain and received a friendly welcome. We plan to stay for three days to explore Donaueschingen and, of course, visit the source of the Danube. Walking through the castle park is a must. The sanitary facilities were fine for me; cleaning takes place from 10:00 to 12:00. The pitch was perfect for us. The lake itself is only accessible to guests via the swimming pool, but it's included in the visitor's tax card. Electricity is coin-operated, so that's ideal.

Hello campers, this site was exactly what we were looking for. It's small and has everything you need. The bathrooms and common area are great. We have nothing but positive things to say. It's understandable that there's no greywater disposal system here, even though they have their own water treatment plant. We can give it a 100% recommendation.

What else should I write, everything has been said by my predecessors. I underline the 5 🌟 again. A very clean, well thought-out facility. I can only recommend it. The online booking also worked so I was able to choose and reserve the spot the day before. Perfect.
