This camper pitch was redeveloped by the municipality of Smallingerland in 2025 and looks neat. The vegetation still needs to grow further, but nature has to take care of that ;-) Unfortunately, the pitch is not entirely level. So a handbrake and blocks are a must. It's a shame the owner found his camper with wet feet, and hopefully the damage wasn't too bad.

Very neat camping, a few regular guests. No problems at all, pick a spot and then report where you are. For 2 people, electricity and place the total costs are 265 dk. A reasonable price, everything else is free. Washing machine and dryer 15 dk each.

Yes, we are back. Boy, oh boy, the owners have worked hard. Part of the complete sanitary facilities have been renewed and made nice and spacious, shower, toilet and sink in 1 room. Also made a few new toilets. Next year Stine and Thomas will continue with the renovations. In short, we have been here again with great pleasure. Have a nice holiday😊

What is said is true, this and other places are used as a parking space. A bit of a shame, but you are allowed to park there for 72 hours and then move on to the next place and vice versa. But because everything is still so new, the bushes and trees need time to grow. All in all, the new cp is 100% better than the previous place. There will probably be a place where you can get rid of your waste.

That's right, the new camper place has been ready for a few weeks. Unfortunately, the municipality of Smallingerland is a bit late in opening the beautiful new camper place. It would have been so nice to open this camper place before the holiday season. A big minus for the municipality.

Indeed a super nice campsite, we found it with 3 campers and 1 caravan. There is room for 7/8 campers. However, the sanitary facilities are somewhat limited, 1 shower and 1 toilet. But the surroundings........ really a great place, wonderful cycling and walking.

Arrived at Tolne campsite, what a warm welcome. Just in "us heitelân" and it turns out the lady even lived near us before they bought the campsite. just pick a place and take your time. for the time being we want to stay here for 2-3 nights. Sanitary facilities are neat and nice and clean, sandwich service and you can even eat or pick up pizza. There is also a small shop.

If you don't like luxury, then this is the place for you. Sanitary facilities are in good age but are clean. Nice managers, nice demarcated pitches and quite quiet. There are a few permanent places, but no one else present. For power you will need to bring a long cable. Prices not yet known, I will pass them on.

Since I live close to here, I will continue to keep you informed when this CP is ready for use.

Back at camping Egtved, indeed new owners. they took over the campsite in November 2022. very nice people, now a shop with camping necessities. There are also a few regular guests, these are on different fields, but you will not be bothered by this. The workers who were still there last year have left. after a conversation with the owner they would like to receive x number of guests again. So make a reservation

3 stars is enough, it is a campsite divided in two. I don't think this is a terraced camping site. It is more of a very sloping site. The pitches are small and close together. In addition, it is very expensive. 47 Euros per night, that is for 2 people, camper, electricity and shower. The number of shower is very few for the number of places. in terms of location very nice, on the beach and 7 km from the city of Århus through the forest on the bike path.

They are busy with redecorating plans here, my advice (and I live close by) is not to go here for the time being. But if you go to google and search for the Luwte Drachtstervaart Drachten you can see that it will look great. Nice camper greetings, Kurt

Why not 5 stars? I do not actually know. I don't think any CP/camping is perfect. But I don't know why this place has been negatively commented on. Cleaning twice a day enough hard surface, so when it rains it is wet on most cp/campsites and it can be muddy. but the place here is super beautiful in the Biesbosch and Dort is easily within cycling distance. Also Kinderdijk with such windmills. really recommended.

A really wonderful campsite, many different places where you can stand. Now we have a great view of the large ponds where it is good fishing. The sanitary facilities are old, but clean. will come back here again for sure.

The sand is gone again, it can accommodate 4 campers again.

What a nice owners, Adrie who has a chat and Piet who is now mowing the grass. But what a space around you, now that the Pentecost weekend is there, at least 10 places can still be occupied. So come along at this stainless steel campsite, it is definitely worth it.

There has been a large bump of sand on the cp for some time. am curious when this will be cleaned up again.

Super place, right on the water. It is a branch of the Geirangerfjord. the price of 240 crowns is not quite right, this is 285 crowns incl. electricity. 10 crowns are added per person for the shower.

this campsite will also not open until 1 April.

unfortunately only open on March 29.
