Great place, and contrary to what CC says, it's open, not closed. Super friendly owner, good food. You can hear the Taro River rushing at night! Toilet inside.

It's a bit tricky to find the campsite, as the entrance is inconspicuous. However, the location is fantastic – very quiet and directly opposite the entrance to the Sicily Gorge. There are two access points: either through the park entrance (costing €25) or via the municipal entrance (stairs, costing €2). The owner is very friendly and gave us peaches. Located directly on the Costa Viola, you only have to cross the road. The water here is exceptionally clear and perfect for snorkeling. There are two commercial beaches and one public beach nearby. The sanitary facilities are quite dated, but the owner is very helpful and extremely friendly.

The campsite is right by the sea, but has slightly less shade compared to the one next door. Some of the trees are still very young. The sanitary facilities are fine, and the campsite is very nicely laid out. It costs only €15 for two people with a dog and a campervan. Cash only. The service area is excellent. There's a supermarket and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The snorkeling in the right part of the bay is great.

The season ends in early September, but it only costs €15. The pool is closed, but there are two thermal baths nearby. A great stopover right by the motorway!

A very friendly welcome, good and clean restrooms, and beautiful pitches in a charming setting. An ideal starting point for exploring Gruyère and the surrounding area. Cycling or similar is recommended; Gruyère is too far to walk.

A great place: clean, well-maintained, with modern amenities. The restaurant is also highly recommended. From the site, you have a fantastic view of the surrounding mountains.
