What a lovely stop over. Absolutely nothing negative to say about the place. The receptionist went above and beyond to aid us in our need to find a vet to worm our dog for travel back to UK. Thank you Bayeux. Other towns could learn a lot from Bayeux.

I usually try to be positive about sites but this place is a dump. The sanitary facilities are out of use and temporary ones are in place albeit inadequate. The electricity is off more than on. No hot water for washing up and to top it all, we were allowed to use a washing machine which was known to be faulty and when we seeked help from reception, we were told it wasn't their problem as independent company own machines. Location good so a +

I agree the sanitary facilities are a let down apart from the pool area which are first class, thankfully all can use them as open 24/7. Reception closed 12 noon till 3pm we arrived before 12 noon and had no problem checking in. If you arrive while the reception is closed you have to wait. Unfortunately the bar which is by the pool, isn't open until July even though June is a holiday month. We have a very large hedge lined pitch which is lovely,

Spent three nights here. No complaints at all although I agree the grey water drain is impossible to line up with due to its position. However the establishment is aware of this and asks you to do your best. The village is absolutely beautiful and a pleasure to walk around. We took all our food so not bothered by the lack of a grocery shop.

We are on our second of three nights here and the only complaint is the rubbish bin area is untidy and there is a lack of recycling. Our pitch is spacious and the location of this campsite is superb. Plenty of facilities for all so I don't share the views of some of the negative reviews. Only for stars given because of bin area etc.

Very clean and pleasant place. Facilities first class. Pay and register at a high tech machine which new our vehicle licence plate and how many adults+dog - spooky. Village located up a very steep hill but worth visiting. Leave campsite using footpath, short walk until footbridge and properties are reached, turn right up tarmac path which leads to the village. Some road noise during the day but quiet at night.

Luxury stop compared to many. Town a quick cycle away, views amazing, parking space generous. Need to cut the grass is my only comment.

Lovely spot, would stay again. Town just a few minutes cycle away along by river and on paths. Locals play Volleyball early evening, doesn't detract from the beauty of this location.

As stops go, this site is simple but meets all needs. Free electric is a bonus, 4 plug in sockets.
