Great campervan site. I just want to warn you about the cold shower. I have no idea if the water is always cold or not, but it was yesterday. The code is on the ticket that's printed immediately after the entrance ticket. So don't rush through. Wait until all the tickets are dispensed, for example, even for the water if you've ordered it.

Currently (March 4, 2026), the paving around the museum is being renovated. You can stay overnight at the parking garage near the museum, but the museum (Petroleo) is temporarily closed. I didn't find a sanitation station. I did find power poles. I haven't tried them because I don't need them. It's very quiet. I didn't see anyone in the village other than the workers, and there was virtually no traffic on the adjacent road.

I think a 4-star rating is a bit overrated. The bathroom facilities are very poor, and it's a rather bare place. The location near a (primarily) surfing beach is fantastic, though. You can go horseback riding on the beach with Marion (Dutch), who runs Cortija Manguete, 2.5 km from the HÃpica campervan site. Book around/on the weekend during the low season. Have fun!

The drinking water is working again. It costs €1 (payable with a €1 coin) for 25 liters. The drain for the gray water is a bit small. The black water drain, with a separate tap for cleaning the cassette toilet, works fine.

Great campsite. Sanitary facilities are good. Just hold the button with your back. Lovely bay for swimming. Apparently, you can also lie on the beach without swimwear. A few drawbacks regarding driving to and from the sites: they're not very large, some are poorly marked, and the streets are narrow and one-way, not always signposted.

Beautiful surroundings, about 12 km from the town of Alcoi. The location on the map is incorrect. You'll receive the address after booking and payment. I don't find it convenient. Google Maps has a bit of trouble finding it, but it's near the restaurant. I couldn't find any greywater or toilet drainage. There are toilets (one for men and one for women), and the women's one also has a shower. I didn't use them. I did see a water filling station.

Great location, and there's nothing wrong with the access gate (opened with a Camping-car Park pass). Close to the town center and cycling routes, including those to the reservoir. One minor point: why not pave the entire area around the pitches? That makes driving a bit easier.

Great campsite with the occasional train passing by. Please note! The campsite will be closed for a week starting today (December 14, 2025) for pruning work. It will reopen on Monday, December 22nd, and possibly as early as Saturday, December 20th. The owner couldn't yet confirm this.

Perfect campsite! Friendly reception staff, excellent facilities, wonderfully warm and spacious showers. It's closed between 12 and 2 pm, which is easy to keep in mind upon arrival. Today we had a lovely bike ride to Nice (14 km) and yesterday to Antibes (5 km). The Hippodrome racecourse is a 10-minute walk away. The winter season started yesterday, so we were in luck right away. And all for 22 euros a night!

For a sheltered spot during a severe weather event (a snowstorm), like I had yesterday, this is an excellent location! Thanks to whoever added this spot to the app!
Sitecode: 57122
One of the few campsites open this time of year (the second half of November). A quick call and the gate is opened within 5 minutes, and the shower water is heated. Very convenient. Greywater disposal is not possible directly. Other facilities are excellent.

I agree with the previous review. You do have to pay the 40 BAM in cash. Debit cards are expensive in BH. I had to pay 12 BAM more. That's a shame. But (the equivalent of) 26 euros isn't much for a large (capital) city, and Sarajevo is definitely worth a visit!

I was standing in front of a closed gate today. I called and they were closed.
Sitecode: 161432
I agree with the previous comments. It's a bit tight, though. The price is wrong. It's 20 euros = 2000 LEK per night, everything included. Except for the washing machine (I think), but I didn't use it.
Sitecode: 162208
I agree with the previous review. It's perfectly fine and, in my opinion, everything is included. Even a private toilet drain! The surrounding area is fantastic. We had a lovely swim in the sea. You can walk the entire boulevard to the village, and in the other direction, you have a beautiful view of the bay. The Wi-Fi works perfectly. Highly recommended.

I stayed in the new section (gravel), which is partially in use. It's a bit further from the busy road, so there's less traffic noise. A new restroom block is being added, closer to the new section. Currently, there are two showers, two toilets, and two washing machines. Electricity and water are close to every pitch. The gray water drainage and toilet disposal point look good. Within walking distance of the city center (about half an hour to the old town). Great!

I just spent five nights at the campsite. I had a wonderful time. The ladies were very helpful and friendly. They provided a map and information about how to get to the city center by public transport. Absolutely the best way to reach the city's tourist spots. One star down for traffic noise from the very busy road next door, but you get used to it.
Sitecode: 61326
The campsite is open until possibly the end of October. It looks great. The pitches are a bit slanted and a bit muddy after rain, hence the one-star reduction.
Sitecode: 6486
Update after 1.5 years: still available, free of charge, gray water disposal, drinking water available, but the cassette toilet drain doesn't look very good. I wouldn't use it. Some traffic noise until around 11 p.m., but quiet at night. A 10-minute walk from the historic center with the beautiful Palazzo Cesi. For the location and free and partial amenities, I give the municipality 4 stars.

Great place and I agree with the previous comments. Even about cycling to the center of Odense. The beautiful route on cycle path 6 is difficult to find from the camper place. I cycled it from the Paarup church (5 km before Odense) to the camper place. That route is now on Komoot. That is an app with walking and cycling routes all over the world. In total the route from cp to center Odense is 23 km and quite a lot of climbing and descending.
Sitecode: 82629
Great place! You have to drive past the sign with the bus for the envelopes. Then you see the numbered spacious places. I didn't notice that, so I stayed there, but I did pay. There are people who don't pay then. That's really lame!
Sitecode: 51398
The place is nice with a view of the lake, but the parking lot has a lot of holes and - more importantly - apparently it is a hangout for young people. I feared a restless night and left around 9 pm to a nearby campsite, which is also very nicely situated on a lake.
Sitecode: 14526
I have booked via the website. Works fine! On arrival from 12 o'clock neat notes referring to reserved places with license plate. Nice place, close to tourist information and center. Quiet night (from Saturday to Sunday). I just have to find the discharge point for gray water.
Sitecode: 78268
Last year this camper place was moved to a location just before the bridge from Malmö, so coming from Malmö on the right. Pay with QR code. Nice places on the water with electricity and toilet.
Sitecode: 15197
Stand at P2 instead of P4. Spacious places in a great location on the river Trave. Over the bridge and you are in the historic city center of Lübeck. 6 euros/24 hours, also payable by debit card. Quiet night (Monday night).
Sitecode: 89200
Great spot at the cemetery. Indeed just past the village and about 3 km from Belleme. There are picnic tables. Electricity and fresh water (3 euros for 100 liters) to be paid for with tokens. You can get them at the restaurant/bar/tobacconist diagonally across the street. In the evening and at night no trouble from the road or trucks that are also allowed to park there in their own parking spaces.
Sitecode: 57841
Great that they are already open. After a week I really needed a shower! Basic sanitary facilities, but adequate. Spacious places and very friendly people. Restaurant open, at least on Saturday evening. Menu with a choice of 2 starters, 3 main courses and 3 desserts for 20 euros. Great if you don't feel like cooking.

It's been almost a year since the last review, so here's an update. It's wonderfully quiet here. You can go for lovely walks in the area. Otherwise the same. I was able to find it via the route at the address, but it was indeed difficult via the village. Fortunately, there was little oncoming traffic. There are no facilities, but everything is on board. The entrance is indeed difficult due to a sharp bend to the left. I think a camper of more than 7 metres is too long.
Sitecode: 22148
They are open all year round, but call or email in advance. The (very friendly) owners do not live here and are therefore not always there. Beautiful place with great views and nice wines at the bar. For the Nossa Senhora you do not have to climb the 600 steps here.
Sitecode: 160136
I agree with the previous review. It is a great spot opposite the church in the bend. I drove a bit too far. Gate opens by pressing the green button. Call in advance. Hot shower, but you have to give the water a chance to warm up. Places are spacious and flat. Didn't see the estate, because it was almost dark. Next time.
Sitecode: 160070
Great place to stay overnight with a view over the ports of Bilbao. Especially beautiful in the dark. Although there was no sign, I think that the 4 spaces directly to the right of the parking lot are for campers. There were more, because the parking lot is big. If you have a big camper, it might be wise to park there. I arrived yesterday in the dark and didn't see it then.
Sitecode: 51096
Fine for a night if you don't need anything. I couldn't get in touch with Paul Loughlin. The number is invalid. I spoke to another member of the committee and he told me that Paul is unfortunately no longer available due to illness. He gave me the number of the secretary of the committee: 00447557388649. I have passed this on to Camper contact as a change proposal.

You can pay with a debit card at the ticket office. The ticket office is on the right side of the covered parking garage. We stayed two nights in parking 1 for 36 GBP. There is a sign saying contract parking. Don't worry about it.
Sitecode: 13456
Had a great meal in the busy restaurant with very friendly service. You can indeed spend the night in the parking lot next to the restaurant. Parking spaces are for regular cars, so not big. Parking lot is next to the road, so not very quiet.
Sitecode: 71766
It's still true. Sign prohibiting overnight stays, but the lady from the adjacent tourist information office said that there is no enforcement. Great place to stand.
Sitecode: 45230
Excellent location with shade under the pine trees. Narrow paths, so there's a bit of maneuvering involved. The price is wrong. I paid around 22 euros per night. 1 person with ACSI discount.
Sitecode: 115649
Unfortunately no place for campers. maximum height 2.10 meters. All other entrances blocked.
Sitecode: 5116
Great place for the various reasons already mentioned, but Google maps does not indicate the correct route. I almost got stuck with my little camper. You must take the entrance on the Via Campana side. There are also signs there. Also a challenge (narrow road up), but doable.
Sitecode: 91681
A good camper place near the center and plenty of space. Please note: you must pay with coins (also possible with euros). The alternative is the easypark app, but it only works for Dutch people in the Netherlands and Belgium, so that is of no use to you yet. The intention is for the app to be expanded to include more countries. Make sure you put enough coins in at the same time, because refilling is not possible. It is possible, but then the meter starts again at zero.
Sitecode: 95596
Great place to stay if you are passing through. Indeed 5 euros. Cross the bridge over the river and you can also enjoy walking, cycling and fishing. From NL I was guided through Pforzheim where you can refuel much cheaper than along the highway. Tonight it was very quiet at the location and on the adjacent road.
Sitecode: 82632
You don't have to do everything mentioned in the previous review. Just tasting and buying something is also good. I arrived here at 5 pm and was greeted kindly (in English!) by a young lady. She took me to the store. I tasted a few different varieties of cognac. Not cheap, but very tasty. Now spend the night out of the wind on the grass between the endless grape vines. Now bald of course.
Sitecode: 78314
Great place. Just watch out for the access road. The official road is almost impassable, but easy to get around. If you are coming from the south, take the first left before the house on the left. If you come from the north take the first right after the house. That is also the way when you drive away from the motorhome. That road is good.
Sitecode: 19368
I have not checked the plumbing, etc., but just a warning. If you are driving from the south (Fez), don't take the first exit to Chefchaouen! My GPS indicated that, but then you go straight through the center and you are guided through impossible streets that go up steeply. so take the R412 on the Tangier side, so take the northernmost exit.
Sitecode: 91659
Not a nice place. Couldn't find a guard. Children begging directly around the camper. I left, but it's hard to find an alternative when you head north.
Sitecode: 19447
The campsite is closed. Work is in progress. I don't know until when. The road to it is very bad, so before you undertake the trip it is useful to inquire whether they are open.
Sitecode: 48138
I found the view and the friendliness of the caretaker excellent. Chilly wind and frost at night. Tricky to get there, but well worth it. Tasty omelette and salad by the fireplace. All together 17 euros. No shower requested. Toilet available.
Sitecode: 93314
The campsite is now closed for the season, so info is incorrect. I am now at camping Los Medes in L'Estartit. half an hour's drive and for 22 euros (including ACSI discount; 1 person) very good campsite. Even with heated pool. Do bring the bathing cap.
Sitecode: 103814
I was there today, but the gate was locked. I don't see opening hours on the website, but if I want to make a reservation, I can't do that until April. So check in advance. So I can't determine the number of stars.
Sitecode: 73248
You can park here for 24 hours, but not overnight. I think it is strictly controlled. Parking Cadaque /P4 is a much better idea and currently free. Moreover, very close to Dali's house and a nice bay with fishing boats.
Sitecode: 100805
It's November 28, 2022 so off season, but you're fine here on P4. free too. Probably also because of the season. Very close to Dali's house and the beautiful bay where it is located. If it weren't so windy I'd take a dip. Just pay attention to the signs with P 2 ter and 4, because diversion due to work.
Sitecode: 79694
Beautiful place near the sea and a neat toilet block. Nice terrace with cafe on the beach and ice cream parlor in the parking lot. That will only be in the summer months. It is a pity that no one will stand in the parking lot itself, but in the parking spaces along the approach route. I checked with the police and administrator who happened to be in the area. You can stay overnight in the parking lot itself.
Sitecode: 78974
The place is great, but the rest is indeed nothing at all. Picnic benches and fire spots. A little further on, the same thing completely free. I only noticed when I had already paid the 20 euros.
Sitecode: 68383
Difficult to find place, because lots of trees and sand. Easy to get stuck. I think the chemical toilet drain is broken. I saw the contents come out of the ground. I will report it. No gray water discharge. Close to beach with very different tides and reeds on the side. Outdated plumbing. without electricity and 1 person is 10 euros. for a shower you pay 1 euro for 4 minutes.
Sitecode: 6647
Excellent sanitary facilities. Good location. Spacious places. Downside: the discharge point for the gray water. Raised it a second time now, but I can't seem to find a listening ear. Unable to discharge. Space too tight and water still running down.
Sitecode: 68639
Nice place, but in winter without facilities everything is closed. drive on and then on the left is an official motorhome. It seems new with possibilities to drain gray water and take in fresh water. Toilet drain not seen, but it is already dark. Place for 2 motorhomes on hard ground.
Sitecode: 30273
No water in December? No further details that have not already been reported.
Sitecode: 99538
Great place. Very busy indeed. I am here on Thursday and also pay 150 kroner a night. For parking in a city so close to the center and overnight accommodation very cheap.
Sitecode: 51266
What a super place! Without this tip via camper contact no info, so thank you for that. There are only 5 campers. But nowhere does it say that there can only be a maximum of 5.
Sitecode: 26277
On Christmas Eve, tasty snacks and drinks while singing Christmas songs in different languages. Today, Christmas Day, a great Christmas lunch in the sun. Special with many nationalities together. The facilities are good and the atmosphere great. Many play options for children.
