What a lovely camper site, especially after we had been to Harderwijk first; that was a construction site and regular parking lots, so there was a lot of noise. When you stay here, you don't hear a thing; the toilet is neatly maintained, even the chemical toilet is cleaned. The friendly owner comes by every evening to chat and collect the pitch fee; in short, it is highly recommended.

I don't know who has been there; you end up at a fire station, but we couldn't find a motorhome site. We entered Carrafour into Google Maps and ended up at the Area de Talevera motorhome site, a beautiful spot right next to the Carrafour with free water, toilets, and emptying facilities—perfect.

What a shadow of its former glory, it doesn't deserve the name campsite. When you arrive, it turns out the campsite is closed, which is actually just as well, because you don't want to stay there at all. Why don't they sign that at the beginning of the access road?

We totally agree with the previous reviews, what exceptionally friendly people, we had broken the mirror of the camper and wanted to go to the garage 16 km further by bike, for a new one but they thought it was too cold for that so we were allowed to go with them in the car, absolutely fantastic. Nice camper place, nice places that you can choose yourself and also the showers are fine, good and enough hot water. I would advise the owner to do something about the ventilation of the showers, there is an extractor fan, but the space is otherwise hermetically sealed, a grille at the bottom of the door can help a lot with that, because where air comes in, nothing can come out and then it is not so stuffy when you are showering.

Our experience is that people are always well understood. It is a camping boss that you will not find anywhere who is so helpful.
