Noordzijde is perfect, wonderfully quiet places. If you drive a little further north on the E45 over the bridge. Get your turn to the left to Storforsen, this gravel road is 16 km, but then you also arrive at a bosses' place on a lake.

Wonderful quiet place. Little traffic on main road you are quite remote. We were alone here for two nights at the end of May. Perfect for us!

Service place is fine, but no longer free. Costs 100 SEK. There are cameras for monitoring.

Great place on a lake with a beautiful view, no problems with the building materials. There is enough space. Local says the road will be ready this summer and the parking will be free again.

Lovely place, popular and quickly packed on weekends and when the weather is nice. We were there with 17 campers! Just too busy for us.

Nice place, but very neglected. A lot of weeds and grass that are no longer being tracked. There are also stones placed in some places so that you can not stand there. Too bad because the place is fantastic. In my opinion, the residents of the newly built houses are not happy with this place and leave it that way. (I'll fill that in)

October 2018 stood here three nights. What a great place. We stood alone, perfect for us.

18/10 beautiful beautiful place are now here with 5 campers. Just ask me how long the bathroom is still usable, there is little or no maintenance / cleaning like that.

Wonderful place. It is only the guess if there is room. Runs very quickly. We picked at 11 o'clock last place in. According to the harbormaster, it is full every weekend. Usually on Friday already.

Place is still along, but now sits code on the door for the facilities. SMS system receive door code. You pay SEK 20 times !!! According to a local this was due to Romanians / Bulgarians this place had used the last weeks, which gave a lot of nuisance.

Nice place now costs SEK 100 per day. All facilities inspection, free shower and shops within walking distance. Sound is produced from the 26.

Drive the motorhome over and you go on nice parking lot and as you look over the fjord. There you can take water and good fishing from the dock. Mailbox not found.

We were here in late August, stood two nights. Drive past the parking lot and after 200 meters you come down to the sea. Place enough to be free, a freedom.

We were there September 3rd. Camping was close, but we were allowed to remain free and the owner came and brought the code of the wifi. What a service.

Prima camping, basic, dated but clean. We were here August 30 and paid NOK 220 inclusive. No shops in the area !!

Beautiful free spots on the river and parking facilities with sani to 45. We chose the free spot. Lots of mosquitoes.

We were late May at this beautiful campsite 2km from the E18. Good sanitation. Free spaces. Good hiking and fishing. As of June 11, 2015 Wifi available.

Large parking along busy road. A little further is the junction to the old road to Andalnes. Here are ways to be calmer, what we have done.

Camping is great, if you like big campsites. It lies along a busy road which is good to hear.

Wanted to respond to the comment from Andy. we have been there often in transit. There is definitely electricity, it also allows you to water and discharge. This is done at the at the barracks on site, is signposted.

June 2014 stood here-after the good experience from 2013-what a change until late in the evening/night trucks on the car park, which despite ban try place to look for. at night next to the camper van with seedy characters that are transhipped goods in cars with flashlights. Word also warned through signs for thieves on the parking. For us never again!!!

For us a clean parking lot along a busy road (opinions vary) soon by driven to Amot 18 km to Grove campsite. Campground with good facilities.

Beautiful location next to the Marina, very quiet and secluded. You could use the toilet from the Marina, the rate is 50 NOK and with power 100 NOK. To deposit in mailbox. We were here in late may 2014.

May 2014 here. Small campsite with a view over fjord. Plumbing ok. Skew grounds and little maintenance. Price 200 KR. with electricity.

If you use these coordinates to get on the Jostedal Camping (red: is adapted to 61.65492, 7.27539 or the correct coordinates N 61 16.523 39.295, E 7), which is called a super camping!! We have chosen for the Jostedalcamping.

Here are a few nights each year, super location!!

Separate parking in the Green behind the pump. We were there early, there was plenty of room. If you state you have little experience of the busy road. The toilets at the gas pump were super clean. If overnight stay place for us just fine.

Seems nicer on the photos. We found it disappointing. Just a parking area along a busy road, where there are many trucks. Facilities free of charge.
