We were here in early December. Lots of "shadowy" figures were hanging around. We didn't have any problems ourselves (so our experience wasn't really bad, just that it's a messy, swampy area), but the Beard's YouTube video showed an attempted break-in there at the end of December... I wouldn't go there again.

After an unfriendly welcome, we headed to our pitch. We'd booked a large pitch because the reviews had said it was small. It was indeed large, but only partially usable due to low trees. The showers were usually lukewarm/cold. Not a problem in itself, but it is when you pay €40 a night (€6 for the dog!). Two stars for the location, which is truly beautiful (though far from shops), and Cartagena is easily accessible by (electric) bike.

After a challenging route through the village (roadworks), and the last 200 meters were quite narrow, we arrived. We received a very friendly welcome from Flo, who explained the facilities well with the translator, which was excellent. A lovely spot, with its own patch of artificial grass, a wonderful shower, and a clean toilet. We had a very complete dinner from Flo (complete with wine and dessert), delicious, highly recommended. Work is still underway on a waste disposal point for gray water and a chemical toilet.

A truly excellent campsite, with excellent sanitary facilities and a clean and tidy environment. We deducted two stars for the price. We booked based on the price in the NKC app, but after booking, we were charged €45 per night (for two people and a dog). We think that's really too much for a small campsite.

The location itself is fine, but it's overpriced for what you get. There aren't enough toilets (although they are clean), the showers are cold, and the unloading area is inconvenient. Don't arrive too early; at 1:50 PM, the sign says "no entry."

Two stars for the location near Cognac, the spacious pitch, and the good Wi-Fi. Otherwise, not a good choice. We didn't use the bathroom facilities; they were too dirty, and we threw away the food from the kitchen (which is indeed run by young, but disinterested, people)—it was inedible. None of this is a problem if the price is right, but we paid €35/night. You'd expect things to be better organized.

Really ideal camper place. Friendly helpful manager, who explains everything well (and is helpful throughout the entire period). Spacious places, and excellent facilities (wifi top). All shops within walking/cycling distance. Top spot (safe too)

Nice camper place. You stand on gravel, which is nice in rainy periods. We had no problem driving up. Nice village, with restaurant (average). We couldn't find anything else for groceries

Nice camper place for 1 night. Close to a zoo. You can hear the monkeys sometimes, funny. Otherwise a quiet place. Town nice but not spectacular.

Was a good place to stay for 1 day. Everything you needed was there. We could now choose a spot on gravel. If there were more campers you were on grass, very swampy.

Seemed a bit messy at first but then discovered the place above. Nice and flat. Shower fine, get coins at the reception. Village not much to do, nice walks though. Wifi good. As far as we are concerned recommended

We had reserved for 3 days but stayed 6 days. What a perfect place! We had made a reservation around Christmas and New Year's Eve (and paid in advance), this did not seem known upon arrival. We went because it was going to be hot (it was) and there was a pool. Unfortunately, the swimming pool turned out to be closed by the municipality. So be sure to ask if that is important to you

I don't really understand the good reviews. We stood on the "motorhome site" of the campsite (I think, large field without partitions). A lot of noise from the road next to it, chewing gum was in the shower both days (if cleaning is done you would think this would be gone). During this busy period, the other campsites were full, this one was not (we understand why, € 32 is at least half too much). We not again......

Nice location near the village. Little messy because of all the boats that are being worked on but otherwise fine. Sanitary reasonably good and clean. We stood on the dike between the canal and the harbor, that was fun. When we were there was the opening of the boat season, with party. They had really made work of it.
