Beautiful, quiet campsite. Friendly welcome. Sanitary facilities are very outdated, but clean and functional.

Bank Holiday weekend for Northern Ireland, so all campsites were full. There aren't many campsites and we were lucky to still get a spot on the opening day of this campsite. Fortunately, we were even able to book an extra night! Beautiful city campsite, great sanitary facilities and a super nice son of the owners!! A farewell with a hug!!

Friendly welcome. We were allowed to park wherever we wanted, even on the grass (next to a small river). Neat and clean sanitary facilities.

Beautiful small campsite with very friendly owners. Nothing is too much trouble to ensure you have a pleasant stay. Both last year and this year they were actually full, but since we don't need electricity, a spot was found for us anyway! We had another wonderful few days, including a beautiful walk to the end of the peninsula in the lake. Nice and very clean sanitary facilities.

Our campervan VW T5 had a broken serpentine belt, so no powersteering.The AA could not fix it. so we were brought to the Galey Bay campsite at 20.05 and were welcomed warmly.Next day no garage could help us within a week.The son of the owners, who has his own bus comp.next to the campsite, looked at it next evening when he came home, said he could fix it next afternoon.His brother bought the belt in Galway! So grateful for helpful caring people!
