Absolutely nothing wrong with it, a great place to spend the night, with toilets and trash cans available. Nice picnic tables on a grassy area; you don't need anything more.

It's a bit odd to give a spot 1 star just because there's a campervan in the way. It doesn't add anything. But this isn't really a service point. You can get water there, but unless you have a 30-meter hose, you'll have to use watering cans. There isn't really a designated campervan spot, so cars park there too. You can empty the toilet there; you can't dispose of greywater. Unfortunately, there aren't many alternatives in the area.

Stars only for its beautiful waterfront location. You pay a hefty price that doesn't reflect the mediocre, outdated, and unclean facilities. I wouldn't come back here, I don't think so!

for 55 euros you can stay here for a whole night.... sanitary facilities are okay, not great and certainly not super clean. discharge waste water with buckets.. Google puts you on the other side of the river with only a narrow footbridge and does not know the way to the campsite. they know that at the reception where I arrived 1 1/2 hours later. but to then put up signs that was asking a bit much.

Unfortunately the large field is closed, so I lose my favorite stop after or before a night ride, Hamburg to Bremen. looking for a new place. Sleeping in the monarch's parking lot during the day is not possible

found the campsite deserted, not a soul in sight. looks more like a winter campsite given the facilities around it. stood outside the door to look for a new destination and saw several other campers leave disappointed.

beautiful place, friendly welcome, nice coffee shop. When staying overnight, all amenities are included, including the sauna. well-marked hiking trails. a lot of mosquitoes.

no idea what the previous review is about? yes you get to this great place via a forest path which is easy to do with a camper, there are certainly potholes and bumps in the road but what do you expect from a forest path??? otherwise a lovely place, good walks and MTB trails, beautiful forests and lakes, picnic benches, a dixi, a fire pit, it is never good for some people. for us it was a great place

great CP for small and medium-sized campers, spacious sites and excellent facilities. Paula and Bobby are great hosts, pleasant personal contact, nothing is too much. sanitary facilities are new and super clean, the service area is also in excellent order. On maps and Garmin the route is indicated incorrectly, so you end up in very small streets. From the A6, follow the center of Elvas and then take the first right, the campsite is then signposted.

campsite near the ferry with a nice park within walking distance. quite expensive at 34 euros per night. sanitary accessible with card but showering costs 20 kroner extra. the main road goes right past the campsite and can also be heard well at night. the airport which is about 1 km away. flying stops between 00:00 and 06:00. had paid for two nights but after one night I was tired of the noise.

great place all amenities available for a reasonable price, the only downside is the church bell, sleeping is up to 7 o'clock in the morning then it starts again

Whichever way you come from, you always have about 20 kilometers of bad asphalt, but the road not through the village is certainly beautiful. at the campsite you stand on a kind of cat litter and that is also seen by the dozens of stray cats on the campsite. everyone has their own thing, with a dog it is drama, every dog owner I advise against this stray litter box for the health of your dog. I left immediately the next day.

beautiful place everything is there, nice walking for 2 euros per night with electricity 5 euros but limited connections. do not drive into the bell loop but drive to the dam on the bell loop side last exit before the dam, then the second right, my navigation said the first but that is not correct, you are not allowed to enter there. pay in bellus, 10 min walking distance at the bell tower.

great place friendly owner, everything you need. is a Dutch colony you have to love that. immediately received complaints on arrival that we can't get out. rolled up my camper, sorry sometimes it doesn't fit. next day complaints from the neighbors that my parking heater made too much noise. then, given the many flies, but looked for another place. only praise for the campsite itself, also for the owner.

great place to stay, there are no facilities but we don't miss them either. there is a waste bin but it is really for small items, so campers put their garbage bag next to it and the animals do the rest. nice trail on both sides of the lake for walking and mountain biking. otherwise super quiet and a train every now and then

nice free quiet place with no further amenities. road is almost inaudible. fine for overnight stay. some caravans of fishermen are standing more or less permanently.

showers and toilets are fine but at least clean. for 30 euros all a bit meager. you can ingest water but gray water is a thing. must with buckets. You cannot empty a chemical toilet. so basically the things for which you look for a campsite there are only showers. a nice location with a small harbor on the water.

nice stop for when you are self-sufficient plumbing is not much. with some guts you can also stand along the water entrance just next to this location

good place right on the car road, which you barely hear. clean toilets, place for chem toilet and a lot of plate place almost guaranteed which is not the case everywhere great for traveling

new campsite all vegetation still has to grow out so therefore still bare. amenities are excellent. also arrived 27/5 like previous reviewer, camping was indeed completely full in the evening, possibly people who, like us, had reserved in advance. we pay 30 euros per night including water and electricity on the pitch, so no 50? restaurant is fine but everything is certainly at the price.

great place there were but more of them, place for about 8 campers, place is only accessible for campers under 3.5 tons.

great place, right on the beach, good sanitary facilities, you can hear those planes slightly but not annoying. many and friendly staff, very strict in and out control which is only good, 24/7 staff present. within walking distance various dining options. the prohibition to drive into the access bridge for motorhomes does not apply to guests of this campsite.

great place with very friendly owners, good sanitary facilities. approach via Gouveia do not follow Google maps if you come from the north, you will get stuck on a driving ban that road is really too narrow and winding for campers above 7 meters. Not knowing that so drove on and almost got stuck, which was not appreciated by the locals.
