Beautiful, well-maintained (small) campsite. Friendly welcome, simple but clean sanitary facilities. It is a pity that the pitches are entirely gravel, and there are dogs running loose. However, there is a beautiful view.

Mobile homes have a separate pitch. Based on (those few) photos and the site plan, this looked nice, but in reality, it was a disappointment for me. The view of the lake was somewhat limited; there is a swimming area, but it consists of a quay and boat ramp made of rough concrete. The welcome was rather surly; the campsite consists mainly of (a lot of) mobile homes. OK for one night, but that will be the last...

Very beautiful (large) campsite, spacious pitches with lots of greenery, at the foot of Ben Nevis. Very friendly staff, many amenities (shop, food truck, bike rental, ...). It is a bit on the expensive side (53 pounds for 4 adults), but for us, it is acceptable value for money.

Nice camper site, beautiful view, all amenities. Clean, well-maintained, but basic. Very friendly welcome. However, right next to the NC500 (pro and cons).

Relatively large campsite on multiple 'levels'. In itself certainly OK in terms of pitches and facilities. Unfortunately, we were bothered a bit by the many families in tents, all cooking with 'barbecues' or fire pits. We camp in nature to enjoy the fresh air... cough cough...

A simple campsite in the woods. Very friendly welcome, pitches sufficiently spaced apart, many hiking trails in the area. However, there is a mix of tents, campers, and chalets all mixed together. And the sanitary facilities are in a secluded corner of the campsite.

If you like simplicity, this is certainly a nice spot. Right next to the NC500 and yet quiet. Beautiful view of the sea and a small harbor. No amenities, just a small village (with a Spar, ATM, a clean public toilet and ... that was it). But the price... that is up to you. You make a donation (cash) to the rescue service, so you are supporting a good project.

Dirt road to the campsite, gravel parking; a strange feeling at this campsite. Quite expensive, certainly in relation to what you get for it. But see it as a 'parking spot' for a short night. Helix Car Park was already closed; we had (due to inattention?) already driven past the parking lot by the wheel and then followed the arrows to the 'caravan park'. Conclusion: arrive in Falkirk on time ... 😉.

Arrived today at 9:00 PM, the barrier was closed. Helix Car Park is only open from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The parking area before the barriers is for passenger vehicles only, and there is a clear sign stating that overnight stays are prohibited.

Unfortunately, a disappointment. Nice and well-maintained, OK, but apart from the camper pitch (and a pony, a few sheep, chickens, and a peacock), there is little to do in the surrounding area. Toft Hill is a dead town (or street...); you will have to move around in the camper to do anything. And the restaurant and bar close as early as half past four in the afternoon... We had expected more after a 5-star review.

Very nice and quiet camper site at a reasonable price. Right next to sports fields, with a Finnish track, a small course to practice cyclocross skills, ... Please note that when driving in, you must first drive the camper close enough to the barrier; otherwise, you can scan the barcode as many times as you want, but the barrier will not open.

Not a fan of this campsite. We were lucky enough to be on the other side, with a limited number of campers. Signage could be better (where is the reception?). While looking for the place, I spoke to a person who didn't know... turned out to be the owner himself ('now I've got you by the balls, haven't I?'). Or while I was moving the camper to my wife: 'then we can dive into the bushes together'. You only get one chance to make a first impression... Crossed off our list of favorites.

Ample parking along the Rhine, within walking or cycling distance (3 km) of Bonn city center. No amenities, but quiet. Ideal for one or two nights.

It's OK, but apart from electricity (with a Schuco plug – so you need to be prepared for that... we didn't...), there are no amenities (no shower, toilet, running water, wastewater disposal, or toilet...), in a godforsaken hamlet. It's close to Monschau (if you consider the hills). No on-site management; cash should be kept in a safe). We were there during the Christmas market with 4 campers (instead of 3). Right next to each other, and what if you want to leave? Exit blocked!?

A lovely and beautiful camper site in the countryside near Utrecht. All amenities are available, but still partly under construction. The showers and toilets are already partially usable, but still need further finishing (when finished, they might even earn an extra star). There are also facilities for emptying and filling the pitches. Tip for the owners: lay the paving stones along the wastewater drain at a more funnel-like angle so you don't have to stand directly above the drain.

A quiet campsite surrounded by greenery. Facilities are available, but limited (a moderate shower; the pressure drops if someone is showering next to you). We weren't the only ones searching for the waste bins (which are there, in the shed). The pitches are certainly spacious, although it seems the pitches at the edge of the field aren't clearly marked (were a few guests taking up one or two spots?). The whole place could use a bit of tidying up.

Campsite within walking distance of the sea. Campervan sites are expensive (>50 euros) for relatively small spaces. Not a bad campsite per se, but less recommended as a stopover. Good facilities for emptying (and cleaning) toilet cassettes, though.

Simple but good campervan site, close to the marina and amenities. Easily accessible if you've booked in advance (gate with QR code). There's a bit of a nuisance (or a pleasure, depending on how you look at it) from Schiphol Airport planes. The harbor restaurant is cozy, but drink prices are a bit high.

A very quiet camping spot with a panoramic view. No amenities (electricity is expected in the future), but that's not necessary to enjoy nature. Within walking distance of the mudflats (but be sure to ask for the shortest route first if you don't want to cycle across the canals). A friendly hostess who is happy to treat you to fresh eggs.

For the price of 2 bottles of wine (you can drink the contents yourself) a very pleasant camper place between the vines. Very friendly hostess. You do have to book in advance, because only a few places are available.

Convenient for visiting Trier (on foot or by bike). As a campervan site, it's basic: a very large paved parking lot, basic restrooms, located between several main roads, etc. I'd rather use it as a day park.

Small-scale, elongated camper site in a valley next to a babbling river. The camper sites are limited, but certainly sufficient for a short stay. Friendly lady at the reception, small shop, simple but well-maintained facilities. Noise pollution from the adjacent N258. On the campsite there is one gravel road (with the camper sites on either side). All movements of vehicles and campers on this road do cause noise pollution.

Spacious parking (gravel + grass), quiet area (with chimes), no facilities. Definitely a suitable stop outside high season.
