nice place, friendly family, good food even if you are alone in the place. Euro 20.00 in April, with electricity and water. Sanitary facilities fully in order.

hard to find (don't trust Google), but then wonderful silence (mid-September) as a welcome I was immediately invited to a portion of spaghetti at the staff table. However, the kiosk/restaurant was closed.
