Disappointing experience at Tenuta Ferrario: new and well-connected, but lackluster management. No assistance, reception almost always closed. At night, a dog climbed over an unfenced wall and came right in front of the tent: scary, no action taken. The property was neglected and dirty. Paid showers with lukewarm water. We left a day early. Wasted potential.
