Quiet campsite on a cow and sheep farm. You can hear the animals occasionally, but otherwise it is very peaceful. Perfect for peace seekers, a place to unwind along the NC500. Incredibly friendly owners. Five beautiful paved pitches, each with a wide strip of grass in between. Beautiful view. 1 shower/toilet combination, very neat, spacious, and clean. Area for washing dishes, and there is a washing machine and a dryer.

Truly beautiful campsite, very friendly welcome. Nice, spacious pitches: paved with grass on the side. When we were there, there were few permanent guests, and those staying had neat, well-maintained caravans. Adults-only field at the back. Every pitch has its own picnic bench. Sanitary facilities are very nice and clean. Washing machine / dryer available. Even an ironing board / iron. Short dog walking path. You can fish in the river flowing alongside, but you must purchase a permit online first.

A fantastic campsite. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Very large, beautiful paved pitches with grass alongside, some with picnic tables. Lovely walks from the campsite. The sanitary facilities are basic but very clean. There's a small shop. There's another campsite nearby, but it's just one large grassy field. There's more privacy here with trees and hedges. Highly recommended, and the price is reasonable too.

Beautiful campsite. Very friendly manager. Very spacious pitches! Sanitary facilities are old but well-functioning. Not many hiking opportunities directly from the campsite. Unfortunately, Wi-Fi is only available at reception. Very beautiful surroundings near the Loire.

NOTE: Free use of the washing machine/dryer = once per stay. Whether it's 3 days or, like us, a week: once is free, then you have to pay. AND: Only the short 20/30-minute program for a maximum of 3 kg. Also, the dryer is only 30 minutes/3 kg. Seriously, I asked for it extra. My laundry wasn't clean and wasn't completely dry. The campsite is really beautiful, pleasant, and luxurious, that's all true. And they are friendly. But this irritated me.

The campsite is quite old, but the pitches are reasonably spacious. Lots of mobile homes with permanent residents. The restaurant isn't very appealing, with its flashing slot machines if you can't sit outside. Lots of dogs belonging to the permanent residents. I think €73 is quite a lot for what you get for 2 nights: campervan / 2 people / dog / electricity. The sanitary facilities are outdated, but clean. Not much to do in the area. There is a huge supermarket within walking distance.

Beautiful campsite. Very friendly welcome, they speak good English. Beautiful, new, and clean sanitary facilities. Large pitches separated by hedges. Beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. It's a large campsite, but you don't notice it because of the layout. It's very quiet this time of year (November). We had good weather, sunny and around 18 degrees Celsius, wonderful. Beautiful surroundings; you receive a map and booklet in Dutch upon arrival. Highly recommended.

We're at camper spot 27. It's on the edge of the campsite with a beautiful view. It's busy because of Halloween, but we're enjoying the sunshine and 18 degrees Celsius on November 1st.

Lovely campsite. Large pitches with both shade and sunshine. Village within walking distance with shops and restaurants. Friendly welcome, English is also spoken. Bread roll service. Nice sanitary facilities. Walk the dog from the campsite. Open until the end of October.

A very nice campsite. Very friendly young owners who also speak good English. Not a large campsite with very spacious, neat pitches. There are a variety of wooden houses scattered throughout, very tasteful. It rained a lot during our four-day stay, but it wasn't muddy or dirty anywhere. The sanitary facilities aren't particularly luxurious, but they are fine. Sauxillanges is a 10-minute walk away. It's a very pretty, old village with several shops and restaurants.

Beautiful campsite. Friendly, Dutch-speaking managers.

Beautifully designed campsite. In a beautiful, peaceful location. Friendly welcome in English/French. Great view. Nice, brand new sanitary facilities. Choose your own spot. And, open until the end of October, great!

A beautiful and pleasant camper site. You're surrounded by flowers and fruit trees. The shower is outdoors, but it's there, as is a toilet.

It's so beautiful here!! We're on a beautifully mowed lawn; there's just one other campervan, nothing else. What a stunning property. For 13 euros a night, this is more than fantastic.

A very nice, quiet campsite. Early September. Beautiful, modern sanitary facilities. Very friendly German-speaking owners. We were allowed to choose our own spot and had a view of a huge meadow with a few cows. Although the island isn't large, you can still enjoy some lovely walks.
