This is no longer a campsite. Only chalets etc. We became aware of this today (June 30, 2025).

Don't go there on Saturday night because you won't be able to leave the grounds on Sunday. All gates are closed! Otherwise a good place to stay overnight.

We were here for three days just before Ascension Day 2020. At the motorhome at the front at the entrance. Very friendly reception. On the site itself was a place where the chemical toilet could be emptied. Very practical because the bathroom was (of course) closed because of the Corona virus. And per place a water point and a drain for dirty water. And electricity of course. Beautiful area for cycling: forest, fens, heath, water mill, etc. We enjoyed!

We were here with the camper during the Ascension weekend 2020. Because of the Corona virus we were received at the entrance and we were guided to our place. Beautiful place between the trees and the twittering birds. Sanitary was closed of course, but we could empty our chemical toilet around the corner, and there was a water tap near our place. There was a sandwich service. The center of the village (Diever) about 1.6 Km away. And then the Frisian Drents wold: beautiful! Very suitable for cycling around. All in all very satisfied with our stay here.
