Not a great experience, it’s not a campsite, more a parking lot, the pitches for caravans are tiny and very tight. The motorhome pitches are a good size at 12m but although our Motorhome is 12m we were told told to move to the scruffy dirt patch which is the most uneven patch of ground we have ever stayed on, we were threatened with calling the police to remove us if we didn’t move. AWFUL PLACE. We can’t recommend this site at all.

We had an excellent stay here for 3 nights, we probably wouldn’t have chosen it if we were travelling alone in our motorhome minus our car, however we had travelling companions with car and caravan so access to Salamanca was easy. We had a great 3 nights, nice and quiet, great host and plenty of space for our 12m RV. HIGHLY RECOMMEND the restaurant for an evening meal, food is delicious and very reasonable at €15 for 3 courses.

Stayed for 5/6 nights here, the town is lovely, lots of shops and restaurants. Beach is beautiful, which is where the good stuff ends. We were here end of June start or July, possibly the start of busy period for locals, as they come to the beach late afternoon and stay until around 6am, partying all night with VERY loud music, engines running, people shouting and kids screaming etc, ALL night long. We get it, it’s their way of life.

We stopped here in our 5th Wheel on our way to Santander. Good shop and cafe area. Huge car park area, no limits on size of unit. Had a peaceful night.

Stayed here 2 nights, very happy we found this place. very spacious, we have a fifth wheel and had no problem parking up. Very well lit at night, feels very safe, no problems, lovely little town, just a shame it was New Year and everything was closed so we could not put some money back into the town.

lovely little site, very new, arrived today and leave in the morning, would like to spend more time but trying to beat the weather south. We have a fifth wheel, access is reasonable to the site, decent room to manoeuvre onto pitch no problems. Recommended site at only €10 a night with electric.
